The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repair work in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Diagnose suspension and steering system faults using modern diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Perform wheel alignment services and adjust wheel alignment angles to manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Inspect, repair, and replace steering and suspension system components, including control arms, shock absorbers, air suspension components (where applicable), ball joints, tie rod ends, steering racks/gearboxes, suspension arms, bushings, and related components.</li><li>Inspect wheel bearings, hubs, and other suspension components, replacing damaged parts as required.</li><li>Check tire condition and air pressure and assess their impact on vehicle alignment and handling.</li><li>Conduct road tests before and after repairs to ensure the quality of work performed.</li><li>Operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic equipment efficiently.</li><li>Prepare reports detailing diagnosed faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or an equivalent qualification. Responsibilities:  To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all mechanical and plumbing installations and systems. Maintains all lighting throughout hotel/retail. To maintain all HVAC units. To maintain all motor, belts, bearings, etc. To maintain all shop tools and equipment. To assist the Security Manager to maintain the Life Safety machinery and equipment, all mechanicals such as pumps and emergency diesel. Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational. Do all necessary welding as required. Do all work orders pertain to the hotel. Assist other trades as required/retail Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable to do repairs, must notify the supervisor of the problem. Perform chemical test for boilers, chillers, swimming pool, etc. Operate BMS computer system. Is part of the fire response team, also on standby in the event of any emergencies. Does preventative maintenance as schedule by Engineering Office. Contact vendors and order necessary replacement/repair parts. Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop. Creatively resolve electrical/mechanical issues in order to keep the machinery operational. Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (PLC), make adjustments, and products changer-over, in a timely manner. To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work. To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas. Principle / Key Responsibilities: <ol> <li> Carry out highly skilled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Rotary equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Steam/Gas turbines, Air fans, Mixers, Turbo Machinery etc. and minor/routine maintenance of static equipment. </li> <li> Receives verbal/written instructions from Sr. Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer, obtains permit through RIS, identify, and organizes tools, tackles & spares from store and completes the maintenance work as assigned with minimum supervision. </li> <li> Carries out Preventive/Corrective maintenance of all types of Rotary equipment, which includes assembly/disassembly, bearings & seal renewal, alignment correction, etc. then record all activities in the PM checklist. </li> <li> To perform the lubrication of the rotary equipment including checking / filling lube oil/grease in bearing housings, oil consoles, crank cases etc. Replacement and cleaning of lube oil systems, filters, lube oil sight glasses, hydraulic oil filters, maintain auto greasing and drip-feeding systems etc. Recommend/request asset integrity team to perform oil analysis, if required. </li> <li> Coordinates closely with other maintenance disciplines and other departments to complete the assigned jobs. </li> <li> Performs major equipment overhauls and participates in shutdown works. Carries out correct measurements of clearances/tolerances using a wide range of measuring instruments such as micrometer, Vernier caliper, depth gauge, feeler gauge etc. </li> <li> Maintains equipment history and ensures correct management of work orders. </li> <li> Fully comply with  Refinery HSE Procedures. <h2 class="h5">وصف العمل</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul> <li>ينفذ أعمال اكتشاف الأعطال المتقدمة، الإصلاح، التركيب، الصيانة وإعادة التأهيل لسلسلة من أجهزة القياس الهوائية والكهربائية والإلكترونية ونظام التحكم/سلامة المصانع في الورشة والموقع.</li> <li>يساعد في الجوانب الروتينية من العمل ويُكمل السجلات والنماذج، مع توثيق الأعمال المنفذة في أي من منشآت NGL، مرافق الحقل الشمالي، مناطق التخزين والتحميل ضمن مجمع NGL.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>ينفذ أعمال اكتشاف الأعطال، الإصلاح، التركيب، الصيانة، التعديل وإعادة التأهيل لسلسلة من أنظمة التحكم في العمليات/السلامة في أي مصنع لمعالجة النفط والغاز ومرافق التخزين والتحميل</li> <li>ينفذ اكتشاف أعطال مهارة، الإصلاح، الصيانة، التركيب، الاختبار، المعايرة، فحص الحلقة، وإعادة التأهيل لسلسلة من أنظمة القياس الهوائية والسلعية والكهربائية والإلكترونية والسلامة</li> <li>أنظمة القياس Instrumentation، محللات العمليات، DCS، ESD، F&G، SCADA، PLC، معدات الدوران</li> <li>الضوابط، نظام مراقبة الاهتزاز، ضوابط أذرع التحميل، قياس الخزان ونظام إدارة المخزون، عدادات الحيازة، ضوابط إشعال الشعلة ومراقبة اللهب وأنواع مختلفة من مقاييس تدفق اللهب في صناعة النفط والغاز.</li> <li>يكون مسؤولاً عن الحصول على تصاريح العمل الساخن أو البارد أو إصدارها وتوثيقها حسب الضرورة.</li> <li>صيانة أنظمة الكشف عن الحريق والغاز في المصانع وأنظمة الحماية مثل حساسات الغاز القابل للاشتعال والغاز السام، كشف الحريق وحماية حواف الخزان، أنظمة الطوف والتبريد في المرافق، ضوابط مضخات Firewater، أنظمة إنذار الحريق.</li> <li>إكمال سجلات العمل وتقارير تفاصيل التثبيت، إعادة التأهيل في الورشة، الصيانة الوقائية، وأعمال اكتشاف/إصلاح الأعطال المنفذة إلى فني أول.</li> <li>يشمل إكمال جداول معايرة الأدوات، سجلات الخدمة وسجلات الدخول.</li> <li>تفسير/وضع علامات على الرسومات الفنية.</li> <li>للعمل بنوبة احتياطية للتعامل مع مشاكل الأدوات العاجلة خارج ساعات العمل.</li> <li>معايرة معدات الاختبار وصيانتها، مع الالتزام بنظام النظافة الجيد في جميع الأنشطة والمراعاة لجميع تدابير الحماية من الحرائق والسلامة.</li> <li>متمكن تماماً من نظام تصريح العمل ويجب أن يكون لديه تفويض المستوى 1/2.</li></ul> <ul> <li>التحصيل العلمي الثانوي (12 عاماً)، يليه شهادة وطنية عليا أو ما يعادلها. بالإضافة إلى دورات قصيرة ذات صلة في السلامة. معرفة جيدة بالحاسوب والشبكات.</li> <li>خبرة صيانة ذات صلة لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات.</li> <li>خبرة في التركيب والصيانة وإعادة التأهيل لأنظمة التحكم في العمليات والقياس والسلامة الهوائية والكهربائية في مصفاة هيدروكربونية/مصنع معالجة الغاز.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>الراتب:<ul> <li>المعدل الشهري بالريال القطري بالإضافة إلى البدلات</li> </ul></li> <li>جدول العمل:<ul> <li>8 ساعات / 5 أيام</li> </ul></li> </ul> <ul> <li>المدة: <ul> <li>سنتان، مع احتمال التمديد</li> </ul> </li> <li>المكان: <ul> <li>قطر</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> The WHE Service Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The WHE Service Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity. <ul><li>Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work. </li><li>Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain. </li><li>Comply with TLM Product Line standards. </li><li>Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD). </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process. </li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians. </li><li>Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts. </li><li>Participate in failure investigations as assigned. </li><li>Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.</li></ul>Mid Career already working as a contractor SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
