Conduct TBT and work preparatory instructions to the workforce to ensure compliance to QFAB's QHSES requirements. Promote Non-IT outsourcing services including manpower supply, administration, customer service, logistics, drivers, facility management, and support staff.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and close new business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven business development experience in Qatar, preferably in IT or manpower outsourcing.
Valid Qatar Driving Licence (preferred).
Existing network of corporate and government clients in Qatar is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
