Join our motivated and vibrant team as Manager I People Development in People & Culture and build your career with us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Compilation and updating of the requisite training manuals and tools per field</li><li>Updating the Premium Master Training Attendance List and records for all trainings i.e. Fire, First Aid, Ennismore Learning.</li><li>Updating of personal training history files of all employees </li><li>Is familiar with Training Guidelines and People & Culture Policy issued by the Regional Head Office and ensures that they are applied accordingly.</li><li>Updating Intern files and sending offer letters to Interns, tracking on boarding and final issuing of Certificates.</li><li>Managing Room Bookings for trainings planned and preparing of BEO's when required.</li><li>Responsible for preparation of all Training and recognition certificates.</li><li>Ensuring that booked training rooms are set up as per requirements of the respective trainings.</li><li>Create Printed and instructional materials to be used in training.</li><li> Following up on nomination lists to ensure departments nominate Colleagues.</li><li> Managing Training Attendance and nominations using Learning management system.</li><li> Maintain soft copy and hard copy files of all training related documents and ensure that these files are up to date </li><li> Facilitate training sessions</li><li> Prepare poster and arrangements for CSR activities in the hotel and maintain the records of the Events including required Purchase Orders.</li><li> Managing Tracking of cross training/ cross exposure and preparing certificates.</li><li> Implement and evaluate training practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li> Preparing Training Certificates for All Rixos Trainings.</li><li> Conduct 3 audits per week for the departments to check the quality of the briefings being conducted and give feedback.</li><li> Conduct IFH trainings for Restaurant Reservations, Spa, Sales and Operators when reports are released.</li><li> Conduct Show around when New Hire Orientation is being conducted for Hotel within the week.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>Education:</strong> <strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in:</p><br><ul><li>Human Resources</li><li>Hospitality / Hotel Management</li><li>Business Administration</li></ul><p><strong>Training certification:</strong> A <strong>Certified Trainer / Train-the-Trainer</strong> qualification, particularly by international hotel brands.</p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><ul><li><strong>2–5 years</strong> of experience L&D experience</li><li><strong>Professional appearance:</strong> Well-groomed, appropriately dressed, punctual, and dependable.</li><li><strong>Hotel experience:</strong> Experience in hotel operations strongly preferred, especially 5-star hotels.</li><li><strong>English:</strong> Strong spoken and written English.</li><li><strong>Important skills:</strong> Training Needs Analysis (TNA), presentation/facilitation, training evaluation, communication, Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and working with multicultural teams.</li></ul> </div>

Isolate equipment for handover to maintenance.</li><li >Equipment Inspection:<br>Visually inspect critical equipment (pumps, valves, chillers, etc.) for any signs of damage, leaks, or abnormal operation.<br>Check lubrication levels and perform routine lubrication as needed.</li><li >Parameter Monitoring:<br>Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.)</li><li >System Startup:<br>Initiate the startup procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.</li><li >System Shutdown:<br>If required, initiate the shutdown procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.</li><li >Alarm & Event (A&E) Analysis<br>Refer to alarm screen at the equipment panel. Monitor and raise info to CCC Operators for any anomalies.</li><li >Shift Handover:<br>Prepare a detailed shift handover report, including any ongoing issues, maintenance requirements, and abnormal events.<br>Conduct a handover "shake-hand" handover meeting to ensure proper baton passing.</li><li >Plant Optimization<br>Work on optimizing plant performance by analyzing system data and making minor adjustments to improve efficiency or reduce energy consumption. Coordination with CCC Operators.</li><li >Troubleshooting and Maintenance:<br>Respond to any alarms or alerts and take necessary corrective actions.<br>Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, replacing gaskets, or tightening bolts.<br>Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, such as valve leaks or pump vibrations.</li><li >Defect Management<br>Raise SR (or relay the info to CCC Operator in charge) in CMMS according to the right priority.</li><li >Monitoring of Chemical Treatment Systems<br>Ensure that the water treatment system is operating correctly, monitoring chemical levels, and ensuring that water quality parameters are within specified limits.</li><li >Others and Extras<br>Provide information and update from the field to CCC Operator to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Daily Operation Report (DOR).<br>Occasionally attend site visits by visitors or contractors.<br>Perform any other duty as assigned by the Plant Operations Supervisor</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><br></li></ul>
