<p>In addition, contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing program that supports company goals.</p><br><br><br>Accountabilities <br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong><br><strong>Recruitment </strong></p><br>
<p>1. Manage and plan all identification, interviewing-technical assessment, and hiring activities to ensure the timely and quality recruitment of Engine Officers and Ratings to man the fleet.<br>2. Act as a focal point for requirements relating to Engine recruitment services and competitor benchmarking, including market intelligence and salary reviews.<br>3. Develop and maintain cost effective solutions to source Engine officers and ratings outside of established recruitment partners where required.<br>4. Work closely with Marine Personnel Operations to ensure the effective and timely handover of Engine officers to vessels.<br>5. Remain up to date with new regulations, legislation, and country specific restrictions impacting Engine crew recruitment and deployment.<br>6. Maintain, review, and update personnel systems to ensure all contract authorizations and recruitment documentation are completed accurately.<br>7. Build and maintain strong relationships with manning agencies and global skill pool managers to support Engine manpower requirements.<br>8. Analyze Engine recruitment and attrition data to forecast accurate manpower statistics and identify trends for management reporting and review.<br>9. Monitor the entire Engine recruitment pipeline, continuously reviewing, assessing, and streamlining processes, and implementing improvements where required.<br>10. Liaise with venues and administer event contracts for Engine induction courses and recruitment related activities.<br>11. Manage and maintain all contracts related to Engine recruitment activities.<br>12. Monitor Engine recruitment related expenditure, identify cost saving opportunities, and propose simplified and cost-effective recruitment solutions where applicable.<br>13. Ensure all Engine recruitment processes comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and company requirements.<br>14. Act as the focal point for the Nakilat Engine Cadet Program, including recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program support.</p><br>
<p><strong>Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE): </strong><br>15. Adhere to all relevant QHSE policies, procedures, instructions and controls so that NAKILAT provides a safe, world class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.</p><br>

Briefing the Part M organization on the state of the Typhoon fleet and the recovery actions.<br><br>Core Activity<br><br>Provide effective leadership and supervision to team members under your direct supervision Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately recorded and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems Perform Rectifications Control tasking: – Accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board progressing estimates and forecasts of aircraft recovery times – Briefing squadron authorised pilot regarding aircraft limitations Undertake and complete tasked maintenance & diagnostic activities on an aircraft or components which may include, as appropriate, aircraft ground handling, flight servicing, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test Supervise team to ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalate as required. Report on any impact to the wider programme Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and takes direction appropriately Ensure staff are sufficiently competent and approved for the maintenance tasks allocated to them Maintain personal & teams task authorisation for working on aircraft or components in accordance with regulatory requirements Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets in the short to medium term through the supervision of others Undertake support tasks within the aircraft or component maintenance facility which are required to maintain compliance with the MOE Provide guidance and leadership to the team. Develop team members using formal assessment processes. Demonstrate sound and comprehensive communication and people management skills in order to exchange complicated information Undertake fault evaluation and raise ad hoc work cards for ‘found faults’ during maintenance Ability to scope and carry out independent and vital inspections Meet agreed delivery targets at a tactical level through the effective supervision of personnel <br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Performance indicators – Ensure the effective management of regulatory activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmes. Prioritises activities within/across teams to maximise efficiency. Responsible for the assessment of escalated issues for any impact on continuing airworthiness and generating effective resolution, or sponsoring escalation to management, as appropriate Procedure/standards – Comply with the regulatory framework, its associated procedures and standards and any other company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify and propose changes, as required Completion of activities – Ensure all Part 145 activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Ensure all Part 145 activities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel. Ensure the integration of Part 145 activity within the business, including the engagement of key stakeholders at all stages of the process. Provide support and guidance to the team Safety Management System – Promote the application of Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within the Part 145 team, together with the proactive analysis, mitigation and management of Hazards Management System Assurance – Ensure Part 145 team activities are compliant with the Regulatory Governance and Assurance framework. Ensure Process Confirmations and independent assurance audits are supported by Part 145 personnel and integrated within/across teams. Manage the response to audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide information into the relevant reviews. Generate and implement effective improvements within/across teams to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness Statutory/Regulatory & Legislative requirements – Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding and application of the relevant continuing airworthiness regulatory framework. Support the implementation of any regulatory driven changes into the maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR, EaPW, ISO Contractual Requirements – Comply with all applicable contractual requirements <br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications/Functional Knowledge:<br><br>Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship (including a City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 or equivalent), ideally in Aeronautical Engineering and / or a recognised Engineering Degree from either aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft Requires a minimum of 2 years working at Supervisor level prior to undertaking this role On the Job Training Instructional Techniques 5 years practical experience applying aviation safety standards and operating practices. 2 years relevant work experience as an operator within the aircraft maintenance component environment. Demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency via a Log Book capturing skills, knowledge and authorities for working on Aircraft or in bays. 6 months experience on type (in the last two years). A comprehensive knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance. Management training Typhoon Avionic or Mechanical Trade ‘Q’ Course or equivalent Human Factors- Standard Course Specification.
