<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Communication Internal Communication: -    Safety Manager – Marine Designated Person Ashore (DPA) / HSEQ Marine Manager -    Specialist - HSE & DPA Fleet Managers/Marine Manager/Technical & Marine Superintendents -    Milaha Operational Managers /Vessel officers and crew/ Fleet Managers & Superintendents Vessel officers and crew  Purpose: -    To report the implementation effectiveness of HSEQ strategy, HSEQ performance outputs,  - HSEQ-related risk, compliance/ non-conformance, incidents outcomes, and investigation findings -    To direct crew and vessel’s management response to ensure effective implementation of HSEQ strategy, attain HSEQ performance requirements, mitigate HSEQ-related risk, achieve regulatory and obligation compliance, assure critical event response, and implement incident investigation corrective actions. External Communication: -    Clients -    Contractors Purpose: -    Primary point of contact for functional subject matter expertise communication -    Provide operational interface, enabling regulatory compliance and alignment of contractor management with Milaha HSEQ strategy and implementation Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents, and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe. Responsibilities: Key Roles & Responsibilities •    Application of compliance and measurement tools at the assigned vessels to monitor, record and verify that regulatory and other obligations, safe work methodologies, and processes that are implemented by the vessel’s management and crew are effectual •    Carry out vessel visits, sailing for approximately one week on each vessel per month or as required by clients, operations or internal issues •    Coach and mentor vessel’s management and crew to understand and implement zero harm management strategies consistent with the assigned vessels’ needs and in accordance with Milaha Ship Management HSSEQ Management Systems •    Examine assigned vessels’ activities to ensure that vessel’s management and crew are adhering to vessel-specific established risk management processes, in keeping with as low as reasonably practicable controls and industry-specific risk control principles •    Guide management representatives who hold assigned responsibility for inspections of workplaces, approval of work method statements, issuing work permits, high-risk work process documentation, etc. so as to assure fit-for-purpose operational conditions are determined and in place and that work is adequately supervised •    In the event of HSEQ related incident, direct initial scene response, provide situation reports to the line manager, collate data requirements for analysis, conduct interviews of involved persons, track corrective and preventive actions to completion, and facilitate lessons learned are communicated. Where requested participate in incident investigations • To monitor the application of Company's Safety, Environmental, Drug and Alcohol Policy and safety management system. • Conduct emergency drills/training onboard. Review results with Master/Safety officer and compile reports for Management, amending training schedules to be vessel specific, meeting individual needs • Conduct Safety, Health and Hygiene inspections with the Shipboard Safety officer, as well as compile vessel condition reports. • Compile corrective action plans during vessel visits, and assist crews in closing out the highlighted items, communicating with relevant shore-base departments to ensure most effective solution to closing out raised items. • Coach the crew on an ongoing basis regarding correct compliance with the Safety Management System. • Assist in the preparation of Safety Monthly Operations Report. Annual Safety Programme and Quarterly Reviews, QA Management Reviews and HSE Statistical data for Client and Company requirements. • Play an active part in Tender review and Contract implementation by specifying, monitoring and verifying all HSE and QA-related materials and services allocated to the HSEQ side of operations. •    Deliver HSEQ training packages as required at assigned vessels •    Undertake verification of competency assurance for operational activities which have an element of HSEQ criticality •    Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance where appropriate with the Company procedures and Policies in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Code •    Schedule emergency drills/training for assigned vessels •    Carry out Internal ISM, ISPS, MLC, and Navigational/ Sailing audits. Audit reports preparation, submission and follow-up until closure of findings. •    Perform other job-related duties as assigned or delegated to him by the HSEQ Manager. Qualifications: Education & Professional Qualification: - Marine certificate of competency holder (Chief Mates unlimited, OOW or Equivalent), with sailing experience on board the vessels. -    3-year Full-Time Degree in Health and Safety; or  -    3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2-year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety; or -    3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or  -    3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH; or  -    Chief Mates unlimited, CoC or Equivalent, and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Intrenational General Certificate (IGC) -    Auditor qualification (Lead Auditor, preferred IRCA or equivalent) for ISO 9001,14001,45001 accreditation framework - ISM/ISPS/MLC Internal audtor qualification  -    Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation certification is preferred -    Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher is preferred -    First Aid certification is preferred Professional Experience: -    10 years offshore experience of which 2 years as an HSE professional in the marine industry -    At least 3 years of experience with supervisory accountability of HSE operational functions Geographic Experience: -    N/A Perferrable working experience in the middle east region.    العملاء -    المتعهدون الغرض: -    نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للخبرة الفنية الوظيفية -    توفير واجهة تشغيلية، وتمكين الامتثال التنظيمي وتوجيه إدارة المقاولين بما يتماشى مع إستراتيجية Milaha للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتنفيذها الصحة المهنية والسلامة والبيئة المساءلة: المساءلة عن أفعالهم وإهمالاتهم. المسؤولية: اتباع أنظمة العمل الآمنة المتفق عليها؛ اتباع التدريب والتعليمات؛ والإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحالات والهبوط غير المتوقع. السلطة: وقف العمل إذا رأوا أن العمل غير آمن. المسؤوليات: الأدوار والمسؤوليات الأساسية •    تطبيق أدوات الامتثال والقياس على السفن المعينة لرصد وتسجيل والتحقق من أن الالتزامات التنظيمية وغيرها وطرق العمل الآمنة والعمليات التي تنفذها إدارة السفينة والطاقم فعالة •    إجراء زيارات السفينة، الإبحار لمدة أسبوع تقريباً على كل سفينة في الشهر أو حسب ما يطلبه العملاء أو العمليات أو القضايا الداخلية •    توجيه وإرشاد إدارة السفينة وطاقمها لفهم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الإدارة بدون ضرر وفقاً لاحتياجات السفن المعينة وبما يتفق مع نظم إدارة السلامة والصحة والبيئة لشركة Milaha •    فحص أنشطة السفن المعينة لضمان التزام إدارة السفينة والطاقم بعمليات إدارة المخاطر المعتمدة خصوصاً المخاطر المرتبط بالقدرات العالية التي يمكن التحكم فيها ومبادئ التحكم في المخاطر حسب الصناعة •    إرشاد ممثلي الإدارة الذين يتحملون المسؤوليات المعينة لفحص أماكن العمل، واعتماد بيانات الطريقة العمل واصدار تصاريح العمل وتوثيق إجراءات العمل عالية المخاطر، وغيرها لضمان وجود ظروف تشغيل مناسبة ومهيأة وتحت الإشراف الكافي •    في حالة وقوع حادث متعلق بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، توجيه الاستجابة الأولية في المكان، وتقديم تقارير الوضع إلى المدير المباشر، وجمع متطلبات البيانات للتحليل، وإجراء مقابلات مع الأشخاص المعنيين، وتتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية حتى اكتمالها، وتسهيل تعلم الدروس وتوصيلها. وعند الطلب المشاركة في التحقيقات الحادثة • متابعة تطبيق سياسة السلامة والبيئة والدواء والكحول ونظام الإدارة السلامة بالشركة. • إجراء تمارين/تدريبات الطوارئ على متن السفينة. مراجعة النتائج مع القبطان/ضابط السلامة وتجميع التقارير للإدارة، وتعديل جداول التدريب لتكون خاصة بالسفينة، وتلبية الاحتياجات الفردية • إجراء فحوصات السلامة والصحة والنظافة مع ضابط السلامة على السفينة، وكذلك تجميع تقارير حالة السفينة. • إعداد خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية خلال زيارات السفينة، ومساعدة الأطقم في إغلاق العناصر المذكورة، والتواصل مع الأقسام الشاطئية ذات الصلة لضمان الحل الأكثر فاعلية لإغلاق البنود المطروحة. • تدريب الطاقم بشكل مستمر على الالتزام الصحيح بنظام إدارة السلامة. • المساعدة في إعداد تقرير عمليات السلامة الشهري. البرنامج السنوي للسلامة والمراجعات الفصلية، مراجعات QA وبيانات HSE الإحصائية لمتطلبات العميل والشركة. • المشاركة الفاعلة في مراجعة العطاء وتنفيذ العقد من خلال تحديد، متابعة والتحقق من جميع المواد والخدمات المتعلقة بـ HSE وQA المخصصة لجانب HSEQ من العمليات. •    تقديم حزم تدريب HSEQ حسب الحاجة في السفن المعينة •    القيام بالتحقق من كفاءة assurance للأنشطة التشغيلية التي لها عنصر حرج في HSEQ •    مراقبة الفاعلية والتأكد من الامتثال وفقاً لإجراءات وسياسات الشركة وفق متطلبات ميثاق ISO 9001,14001,45001 •    جدولة تمارين/تدريبات الطوارئ للسفن المعينة •    إجراء مراجعات داخلية ISM، ISPS، MLC، وتدقيقات الملاحة/الإبحار. إعداد تقارير التدقيق وتقديمها ومتابعة حتى إغلاق النتائج. •    أداء واجبات وظيفية أخرى كما يُكلفه مدير HSEQ. المؤهلات: التعليم والمؤهل المهني: - حائز شهادة بحرية (Chief Mates unlimited, OOW أو ما يعادلها)، مع خبرة إبحار على السفن. -    درجة بكالوريوس كاملة في الصحة والسلامة لمدة 3 سنوات؛ أو  -    درجة كاملة لمدة 3 سنوات (درجة Associated) وديبلوم الدراسات العليا لمدة سنتين في الصحة والسلامة؛ أو -    درجة كاملة لمدة 3 سنوات (درجة Associated) وديبلوم NEBOSH في الصحة والسلامة المهنية؛ أو  -    درجة كاملة لمدة 3 سنوات (درجة Associated) وعضو Chartered في IOSH؛ أو  -    Chief Mates unlimited، CoC أو ما يعادلها، وديبلوم NEBOSH في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الامتحان الوطني في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (NEBOSH) شهادة عامة دولية (IGC) - As this is a direct high touch role where all sales are made through our channel partners, you’ll be making sure to take full advantage of our partners and Channel Partner Account teams on lead generation, account planning and new account development for the existing business and new accounts. You’ll be used to our technology space, probably know the F5 portfolio and have a focus on selling Cloud services. Take some to read through and we look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity.  Your role;  <ul><li>Customer development across large O&G customers in Qatar and a mix of major accounts in the Kuwaiti market.</li><li>Responsible for territory planning through research, development and maintenance of long and short range sales and marketing plans. </li><li>Develop customer relationships and lead generation with channel partners, building relationships and developing opportunities by effectively communicating and demonstrating F5 solutions together with a system engineer. This also involves training and educating customers on the F5 story “from Code to Customer”. Developing and delivering sales presentations and closing sales in a professional and effective manner. Including: developing technical presentations (in collaboration with F5 pre-sales technical team) and hosting customer and partner workshops. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets. </li><li>Understand organization’s business needs, develop application of products and services and effectively communicate F5’s technical value-added solutions to meet those needs. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> The Forward Maintenance Manager holds the relevant maintenance authority for their areas of responsibility.  They are responsible to the Senior Maintenance Manager for all aspects of the products and/or services they deliver and for adherence to the maintenance programme. They are responsible for the leadership, management and co-ordination of all areas and people under their control. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Areas of Responsibility: <ul><li>Performance indicators – Ensure the effective leadership of Part 145 activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmes. Responsible for: management reviews; the assessment of escalated issues for impact on Continuing Airworthiness and generating effective resolution, or sponsoring escalation to senior management, as appropriate.</li><li>Completion of activities – Ensure all Part 145 activities are appropriately documented and the appropriate airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Ensure all Part 145 activities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel. Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for initiation, preparation, processing and execution of Global Structured Finance transactions for the Group’s Private, Corporate and Institutional (including government) clientele and thereby facilitating growth and expansion of the Corporate Banking business. Also, will act as the Transaction Officer who will be primarily responsible to ensure timely and proper execution of Global Structured Finance transactions assigned to him/ her by the VP of Loan Syndications & Distribution and EVP of Global Structured Finance. He / she will also be responsible for undertaking special tasks and assignments given by the VP of Loan Syndications & Distribution and EVP of Global Structured Finance. Main Responsibilities Shareholder & Financial: Proactively participate in the formulation and implementation of strategies, business plans and budgets of the Unit in line with overall objectives of QNB Group. Support the Head of Loan Syndications & Distribution in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the purpose of performance monitoring and quality measurement of the Global Structured Finance Unit and monitor Unit’s achievements on periodic basis. Meet the Unit’s target budget and achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets for Global Structured Financerelated transactions in accordance with QNB’s overall corporate banking budget and strategy. Supports credit related decision making process by ensuring availability of sound and quality information/ analysis necessary for accurate credit risk assessment and mitigation. Observes and promotes cost consciousness and efficiency, and enhance productivity, to minimize costs, avoid wastes, and optimize benefits for the Bank. Manage all aspects of assigned transactions and products to maximize product potential and profitability. Implements KPI’s and best practices for VP Loan Syndications and Distribution Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent Customer (Internal & External): Primarily responsible for collection, analysis and storage of relevant business, financial and operational information on the Unit’s borrowers, transactions and bank counterparties and correspondents as required by KYC and other bank and regulatory policies and procedures. Conducts proactive gathering, analysis and reporting of market and business information (current market conditions and trends, competitor actions, customer preferences as well as other market and industry developments) through regularly interaction with key market participants (banks, major corporations, government entities) to collect general market intelligence and obtain feedback on QNB's position and stature in the local, regional and international markets. Ensures that relevant information obtained is provided to the concerned parties in the Bank for necessary action if any. Initiates, maintains and deepens relationships with banks, financial institutions, project sponsors and other market players who are active in Loan Syndications & Distribution in order to ensure QNB is well positioned to identify future business opportunities, benefit from business potential and meet business objectives related to Global Structured Finance activities. Continually keep abreast with the local, regional and international financial markets and economic environment to be informed about potential projects that could translate into possible business opportunities for the QNB Group. Maintains good team work, provide support, assistance and cooperation with other members of Global Structured Finance, both domestically and internationally. Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve Group’s goals/objectives. Ensures prompt and efficient solution of operational and administrative problems and provides quick and satisfactory response on queries of customers and counterparties when required. Provides timely and accurate information to Group’s senior management, external and internal auditors and the Group’s compliance functions when required. To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): Responsible for regular and proactive interfacing with officers of Domestic and International Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Private Banking, Business Intelligence and Economic Research, as well as other QNB Group entities to identify potential Global Structured Finance transactions that can lead to business opportunities for the Unit. Acts as Primary Transaction Officer responsible for the structuring, credit processing, preparation, loan documentation, execution and distribution of assigned Global Structured Finance transactions. Primarily responsible to ensure prompt, efficient and timely performance, execution and delivery of required tasks related to Global Structured Finance activities. Provides administrative, operations and logistical support and supervision to Global Structured Finance team, Primarily responsible for data collection for, and preparation of, comprehensive credit proposals, credit and marketing presentations (including customer, business, project, market and or industry information), for new / prospective customers; or periodic reviews and or monitoring of existing customers, in accordance with Credit Policy and procedures of the Bank Performs comprehensive due diligence, reviews and analyses Global Structured Finance transactions, assigns transaction ratings. Provides recommendations and distribution strategies to the QNB’s decision making authorities. Primarily responsible for reviewing the credit worthiness and financial feasibility of the individual project financing proposals based on analysis of current and future market conditions, debt service capability of the expected cash flows and other financial information of the individual borrowers and projects. Ensure QNB’s interests are adequately safeguarded before recommending approval of the credit. Provides support to Relationship Manager in the preparation of Credit Summary Report, credit proposals and other credit and business memos, in accordance with Credit Policy and procedures and adequately address all relevant risk factors and ensure that international credit standards, procedures, requirements and practices are adhered to. Responsible for the preparation of Information Memorandum and other information to be provided to prospective lenders for the purpose of conducting their due diligence to enable them to participate in Global Structured Finance transactions arranged by QNB. Coordinates with internal and/ or external legal counsel to ensure that all legal and security documents required for the transactions are complete, prepared in proper format and comply with the highest international standards. Primarily responsible for the review, completion and execution of appropriate, legal and security documents, and other supporting documents as required by law for the respective Global Structured Finance transaction. Primarily responsible to ensure that transaction’s legal and security documents are legally binding and enforceable to protect the interests of the Bank, and ensures that all legal, credit and administrative requirements are met in accordance with Credit Policy, Regulatory convention and international market standards, practices and norms. Primarily responsible for the proper and efficient execution of Global Structured Finance deals, including communicating and interfacing with clients, banks and other third parties involved in Global Structured Finance transactions, in line with the function’s policies and procedures and in consideration of the Bank’s obligations towards its clients and bank counterparties. Liaises with the other parties comprising the project financing consortium, which would be dependent on the role assigned to the other parties within the consortium. Ensures that copies of duly executed Facility Agreement and other legal and security documents, including conditions precedent, are immediately provided to Credit Department and Agency Unit as per procedures of the Bank. Responsible for collating and storing information on the Unit's transactions, activities, and performance in a timely, accurate and efficient manner as required by the existing procedures. Maintains and updates data base for Unit’s activities, customer contacts, existing and potential clients’ information, transactions and deal pipelines, banking opportunities and other relevant and critical information for the Unit. Provides support to Relationship Manager for conducting required periodic reviews and updates for existing Global Structured Finance transactions’ performance, and other risk assessment techniques in line with Credit Risk Policies and requirements. Maintains and updates standard and user friendly business and financial reports using an internal data warehouse and all relevant public information sources as per Global Structured Finance Unit team requirement and inquiries. Responsible for preparation and delivery of periodic as well as ad hoc MIS reports on transactional and Unit performance against approved business plans, budgets, goals and objectives. Supports the Unit, by providing technical, operational, credit and management guidance and supervision, to enable them to perform their functions and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Is responsible for preparing, and periodically updating as per Unit’s requirements, QNB Credentials, Marketing presentations, Market update Reports, League Tables, Work in Progress, Deals Done and Deals Turned down reports and other industry and market reports that record market activities and QNB’s participation in such transactions and ranking in the industry. Implement the ‘one-point of contact’ approach to respond to and resolve all customer’s and other parties’ needs and queries pertaining to Global Structured Finance transactions. Performs cross selling activities to enhance QNB’s overall relationship with customers by coordinating activities with other QNB units/ departments. Ensures adherence to all QNB Group policies procedures and regulatory requirements. Interprets and applies customer research and feedback into tangible product development initiatives by providing inputs to relevant units of the QNB Group. Ensures provision of timely and accurate information to Department Head to be given to the QNB's senior management team, external and internal auditors and the Group's compliance function as and when required or appropriate. Represent the Bank at professional and industry organizations/ venues to ensure dissemination of knowledge of QNB's offerings relating to Global Structured Finance. فريق وحدة التمويل المهيكل العالمي. مسؤول عن إعداد وتسليم تقارير نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) الدورية والعرضية حول أداء المعاملات والوحدة مقابل خطط العمل والميزانيات والأهداف المعتمدة. دعم الوحدة من خلال تقديم التوجيه والإشراف الفني والتشغيلي والائتماني والإداري لتمكينهم من أداء وظائفهم ومسؤولياتهم بكفاءة وفعالية. مسؤول عن إعداد وتحديث دوري وفقاً لمتطلبات الوحدة، وبيانات اعتماد QNB، والعروض التسويقية، وتقارير تحديثات السوق، وجداول التصنيف (League Tables)، وتقارير الأعمال قيد التنفيذ، والصفقات المنجزة، والصفقات المرفوضة، وغيرها من تقارير الصناعة والسوق التي تسجل أنشطة السوق ومشاركة QNB في مثل هذه المعاملات وتصنيفها في الصناعة. تنفيذ نهج "نقطة الاتصال الواحدة" للاستجابة وحل جميع احتياجات واستفسارات العملاء والأطراف الأخرى المتعلقة بمعاملات التمويل المهيكل العالمي. تنفيذ أنشطة البيع المتبادل لتعزيز علاقة QNB العامة مع العملاء من خلال تنسيق الأنشطة مع وحدات/إدارات QNB الأخرى. ضمان الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات مجموعة QNB والمتطلبات التنظيمية. تفسير وتطبيق أبحاث العملاء وملاحظاتهم في مبادرات تطوير منتجات ملموسة من خلال تقديم مدخلات للوحدات ذات الصلة في مجموعة QNB. ضمان توفير معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لرئيس القسم ليتم تقديمها لفريق الإدارة العليا في QNB، والمدققين الخارجيين والداخليين، ووظيفة الامتثال في المجموعة حسب الحاجة أو الاقتضاء. تمثيل البنك في المنظمات/المحافل المهنية والصناعية لضمان نشر المعرفة بعروض QNB المتعلقة بالتمويل المهيكل العالمي. أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها المدير المباشر تتعلق بقسم الخدمات المصرفية للشركات والمؤسسات أو أنشطة التمويل المهيكل العالمي في QNB. التعلم والمعرفة: تحمل مسؤولية التطوير الذاتي بالإضافة إلى اكتساب وترقية المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة للوفاء بواجباته. يضمن مواكبة أحدث التطورات الفنية والمالية والصناعية والسوقية التي تؤثر على مسؤولياته الوظيفية بشكل خاص وأعمال وعمليات البنك بشكل عام. قبول الإشراف والتدريب والتوجيه والإرشاد من رئيس التمويل المهيكل العالمي لضمان إجراء الوظائف الوظيفية ومخرجات العمل وواجهة العملاء وفقاً لأعلى المعايير المقبولة دولياً في السوق. تحديد مجالات التطوير المهني ذاتياً والقيام بأنشطة التطوير. البحث عن فرص للبقاء على اطلاع بجميع التطورات في المجال المهني. مسؤوليات الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي والمخاطر: الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية ومتطلبات الامتثال الداخلي المعمول بها بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال للمجموعة (مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، سياسة العقوبات، سياسة حماية البيانات، سياسة مكافحة الاحتيال، سياسة الإبلاغ عن المخالفات، دعم إطار عمل التقييم الذاتي للمخاطر والضوابط (RCSA)، ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية (KRI)، وإعداد تقارير الحوادث ومعالجتها، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقاً لمتطلبات إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية. الحفاظ على المعرفة المناسبة لضمان التأهيل الكامل للقيام بالدور. إكمال جميع التدريبات الإلزامية التي يقدمها البنك، وتحقيق والحفاظ على مستويات الكفاءة المطلوبة. حضور الندوات الإلزامية (الداخلية والخارجية) حسب تعليمات البنك. أخرى: ضمان معايير عالية لحماية البيانات والسرية لحماية المعلومات الحساسة تجارياً. الحفاظ على أقصى درجات السرية فيما يتعلق بمعلومات العملاء ومعلومات البنك الداخلية التي يتم الحصول عليها أثناء العمل وتقديم هذه المعلومات على أساس الحاجة إلى المعرفة فقط للإدارة العليا في QNB، ووظائف التدقيق والامتثال، والجهات التنظيمية ذات الصلة. الحفاظ على معايير مهنية عالية للحفاظ على سمعة QNB وتعزيز مكانتها القيادية في السوق. جميع المهام/الأنشطة العرضية الأخرى المتعلقة بـ QNB التي قد تطلبها الإدارة من وقت لآخر. متطلبات التعليم والخبرة خريج جامعي (بكالوريوس) مع إنجازات دراسية عالية. خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في صناعة الخدمات المصرفية للشركات أو المجالات ذات الصلة. مطلوب تخصص في القانون، أو الخدمات المصرفية، أو التمويل، أو المحاسبة، أو الاقتصاد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق. يفضل الحصول على ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال ولكن ليس مطلوباً. مطلع جيداً على ديناميكيات السوق والهيكل التنافسي، وبيئة الصناعة، والممارسات والقواعد واللوائح لقطاع عملاء الخدمات المصرفية للشركات. يفضل مهارات متقدمة في التحليل المالي والنمذجة المالية. مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الأشخاص وإدارة الفريق. القدرة على العمل في فرق مع أشخاص من خلفيات ثقافية متنوعة. مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية. توجه قوي لخدمة العملاء وتفانٍ عالٍ. نزاهة عالية،
