Routine Duties
Perform PM of all equipment’s and tools and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Supervisor immediately and take necessary corrective actions.
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations to repair parts that arrive in Valve shop.
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to Valve shop.?
Ensure that all PRV maintenance/testing are performed in compliance with the ERG recommendations/policies.
Manage and maintain the workshop PRD testing and lapping device equipment.
Ensure that the technicians are qualified to perform the assigned tasks.
Ensure the right spare parts are used for any job.
Ensure that all hydro testing/pneumatic testing are performed as per the procedures and in compliance with the ERG recommendations.
Maintain proper records of pressure testing tasks.
Role model for safe behaviour and takes initiative to look for areas for improvement and implementing solutions in workshop.?
Coordinate with workshop supervisor in providing specifications, SOW etc. & assist in technical evaluations related to workshop activities.
Must use SAP functionality to acknowledge and execute scheduled jobs.

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Principal: Qatar District Cooling Company</p><p><em>The job requires Male applicants.</em></p><p>Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL STATIC ASPECTS of process and non-process equipment and its sub-systems as below equipment:</p><ul><li>Static aspect of Pumps (Valves, pipe and pipe support, expansion bellows and fittings).</li><li>Static aspects of Cooling Tower (Infills, nozzles, basin, fan stack, and GRP structure)</li><li>Tank (Structures, valves and fittings, air vents)</li><li>Air handling Units (Filter, ducting, AHU Housing)</li><li>Filtration system (Filters, housings, pipe and fittings)</li><li>Chemical Dosing Pumps, Tanks, Pipe and Fittings system</li><li>Corrosion racks, sampling, blowdown and chemical dosing pipe systems</li></ul><p>Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.</p><p>Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.</p><p>Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.</p><p>Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.</p><p>Maintain proper tools, PPE s, Spares and provide annual requirements.</p><p>Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.</p><p>Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.</p><p>Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.</p><p>Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.</p><p>Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph">Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate<br>Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position</p></section>

Develop Civil 3D modeling and production templates for highway and road design. Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting, and presentation, aligned with project LOD requirements and modeling standards. Extract 3D solid models for clash analysis, schedule review, and quantity surveying. Extract infrastructure design layouts, schedules, profiles, sections, and cut sheets dynamically from the BIM model. Prepare highway drawings including basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, cross-sections, and other relevant details. Develop and extract 2d road geometry from the models for internal reviews and coordination meetings. Ensure Project Information Models (PIM s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP, and CDE protocol. Prepare BIM package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements. Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using appropriate BIM tools. Prepare models and reports for constructability analysis and coordination with other disciplines.</p><p><strong>Key Elements of the Role</strong></p><ul><li>3D modeling and 3D model-based workflows.</li><li>Extracting cut sheets from BIM models.</li><li>Adherence to modeling standards and templates.</li><li>Roads and highways modeling.</li><li>Use and development of modeling templates.</li><li>Use of Common Data Environment (CDE).</li><li>Project Information Model delivery and digital delivery methods.</li><li>Quality assurance, compliance, and model validation.</li><li>Collaboration, coordination, and clash/clearance detection.</li><li>Quantity take-off and scheduling support.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.</p><p>10 years of experience in roads modeling and drafting.</p><p>Proficient in a range of BIM authoring, design review, coordination, and collaboration platforms, including at minimum:</p><ul><li>Civil 3D</li><li>Subassembly Composer</li><li>Dynamo</li><li>Navisworks</li></ul><p>Strong understanding of roads/highways design concepts and digital delivery workflows.</p><p>Ability to develop 3D / 2D models, layouts, profiles, and sections suitable for drawing production and coordination.</p><p>Ability to perform clash detection, prepare clash reports, and support resolution with the design team.</p><p>Familiarity with working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) and following agreed TIDP and MIDP.</p><p>Good verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work effectively with BIM coordinators, engineers, and other project team members.</p><p>Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.</p><p>Gulf Countries experience is preferred.</p><p>Experience with additional digital design and collaboration tools such as:</p><ul><li>ProjectWise</li><li>InfraWorks</li><li>Revit</li><li>AECOsim</li><li>BIM 360</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p>Experience in preparing BIM package submissions and model assurance reports.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality assurance and model validation.</p><p>Ability to support the development of BIM standards, templates, and workflows for highways projects.</p>
