Responsibilities<br><br>Own and lead multiple physiology and exercise research initiatives for WHOOP Labs Doha as part of multi-site data collection efforts. Execute study sessions with participants and provide in-the-moment movement coaching and support as needed to ensure successful protocol compliance. Collaborate closely with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to understand project goals, technical constraints, and protocol nuances. Own localization of protocols for execution in Doha including any required changes to activities, session structure, or sample. Experience applying research methods relevant to physiology such as coaching on specific exercises / movements, leading group activities, or sports coaching. <p>We are currently looking for Business Analyst - Core Banking - Finastra EQUATION for our Qatar operations</p><p>Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and prepare the Function Specification for development and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope. Business process analysis and mapping. Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting. Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing. Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems. In-depth experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems. Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions. Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems. Track and document changes to business specifications. Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training. Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings. Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess performance as well as the department s overall performance on a regular basis. Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><p>In-depth and high competence in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable. Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy. Customer service oriented. Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct. Ability perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts. Planning and organizing ability. Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility. Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</p><p>Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field. Should have a minimum of continuous 5 or more years of experience in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System, support, and implementation.</p>
