The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across the Company’s various projects. The role ensures that project programmes are properly developed, maintained, and monitored and that potential delays, risks, and schedule impacts are identified and reported in a timely manner. The Planning Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, consultants, contractors, and senior management to ensure effective project controls and successful delivery of projects within the required timelines.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain detailed project programmes, master schedules, and baseline schedules for multiple projects. Establish appropriate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project milestones, activities, sequencing, and dependencies. Review contractors’ baseline programmes, revised programmes, recovery schedules, and programme updates. Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and identify delays, slippages, critical activities, and potential schedule risks. Perform critical path analysis and assess the impact of changes and delays on project completion dates. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management reports. Monitor actual progress against planned progress and analyse schedule variances. Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, commercial teams, consultants, and contractors to obtain accurate progress information. Develop and monitor short-term, medium-term, and long-term project plans. Review contractors’ manpower, equipment, and resource requirements against planned activities. Recommend corrective actions and recovery measures when projects fall behind schedule. Review Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and provide planning input regarding delay events and their impact on the programme. Support delay analysis, claims assessment, and evaluation of schedule-related contractual matters. Ensure that approved changes and variations are properly incorporated into project programmes. Maintain accurate planning records, progress data, schedule updates, and supporting documentation. Establish consistent planning and reporting procedures across the Company’s different projects. Consolidate planning information from multiple projects and prepare portfolio-level reports for senior management. Identify key programme risks across projects and escalate critical issues to management. Participate in progress meetings, coordination meetings, and management reviews. Provide guidance and technical support to project planners and planning engineers. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Company procedures, and applicable project controls standards<br>. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls. At least 5 years of experience in a senior planning or Planning Manager position. Strong experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, building, or multidisciplinary projects. Experience managing and monitoring the planning requirements of multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, critical path methodology (CPM), progress measurement, forecasting, and delay analysis. Good understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, resource planning, and project delivery processes. <p>The Test Manager will act as the program s central testing SPOC and lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple releases and workstreams. Key responsibilities will include: Establishing and governing integrated test plans across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation, and Oracle quarterly release testing. Coordinating business, IT, implementation-partner, internal application, and third-party integration teams. Managing test readiness, environments, data, test scripts, requirements traceability, execution, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, evidence, reporting, quality gates, and phase signoffs. Driving risk-based testing, business-critical end-to-end scenarios, test automation, metrics, executive reporting, and release-readiness decisions. Ensuring consistent testing governance across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reports, and integrated systems.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>The preferred candidate should have strong experience managing testing for large, complex Oracle Cloud implementation programs, ideally covering Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Payroll, EPM, Retail, WMS/OTM, OIC/PaaS integrations, and third-party applications. <p><b><br></b></p><p><b>The role:</b></p><p>We seek an individual to join as a Health & Safety Manager where your focus will be:</p><ul><li>Leading the implementation of the school s health and safety management system, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and applied</li><li>Providing practical health and safety advice and guidance to school leadership, operations, facilities and teaching teams</li><li>Coordinating and maintaining risk assessments across school activities, facilities, educational visits, events and contractors</li><li>Carrying out regular health and safety inspections and audits across the school site</li><li>Leading or supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions</li><li>Supporting the development and testing of emergency response arrangements, including fire evacuation, lockdown and medical emergency procedures</li><li>Delivering health and safety induction, training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors</li><li>Managing contractor safety compliance and monitoring contractor activities on site</li><li>Reporting regularly on health and safety performance to school and regional leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience, e.g. NEBOSH International General Certificate</li><li>Experience in a health and safety role, ideally within a school, education, facilities, hospitality or healthcare environment</li><li>Strong understanding of risk assessment, inspections, incident investigation and corrective action management</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a school environment</li><li>Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records</li><li>IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid or Fire Safety training (desirable)</li><li>Experience working in Qatar or the wider GCC (desirable)</li></ul><p>Please see full job description here.</p>
