Facility Management (FM) Engineer Department Baraha Town Reports ToBusiness Development Manager / Head of Engineering Job Summary The Facility Management (FM) Engineer is responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and management of all building systems and integrated facility services across assigned facilities. The role covers both Hard FM services (MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and building fabric) and Soft FM services (housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, and external services). The FM Engineer ensures facilities are safe, efficient, clean, secure, and fully operational while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
