<li>Extensive knowledge of completion and well Intervention (slick line in particular) equipment, technology and workflows. Equipment requests and mobilization process (including SAP). Qa/Qc process.</li>
<li>Fluent English compulsory, middle-east or asian language a plus</li>
<li>Professional or HSE certifications: IWCF level 2</li>

<p> ACTIVITIES </p><br>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate Ware House Activities, Equipment, Logistic & Safety QA/QC, Support Platform and Rig operation, Coaching of Well Intervention Supervisors</li>
<li>Coordinate Well Intervention warehouse activities, prioritize activities according to drilling sequence and other parameters.</li>
<li>Conduct QA/QC acceptance checks on all new equipment being received into warehouse.</li>
<li>Responsible for make-up and testing of completion sub-assemblies:<ul>
<li>Keep on top of sub assembly requirements and ensure that a sufficient stock is kept.</li>
<li>Issue CWO’s and SO’s as required.</li>
<li>Monitor and witness (spot checks) sub assembly make-up and test at Vendors to verify correct make-up and test procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Check all assembly sheets for correct data, i.e. Dimensions, Threads. Storage Preparation.</li>
<li>Check all dimensions specs against manufacturers description and that products are as ordered and fully functional.</li>
<li>Check SCSSSV, HCM’s, Ball Valves, etc. are functional and pressure tight.</li>
</ul></li>
<li>Ensure SAP workflows are done for the associated equipment movements</li>
<li>Visit contractors as required for pre-load out inspections.</li>
<li>Prepare/inspect equipment for load out.</li>
<li>Track all Well Intervention major equipment such that exact location is known at all times.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment returned to warehouse and arrange for repair and/or replacement. Identify missing equipment and chase up offshore locations for returns.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve “Action List Well Intervention-Offshore’ allocating job priorities in accordance with urgency. Ensure list is updated as jobs are executed and that proper hand overs are created by the Offshore Well Intervention Supervisor if jobs are still ongoing.</li>
<li>Ensure that all service equipment is maintained/serviced and within calibration and/or certification.</li>
<li>Set up and maintain a certification and testing program for all COMPANY PCE, not limited to but including MPI, Thread Inspection and Pressure Testing.</li>

<li>Ensure Safety and Security of Personnel and Installation are applied.</li>
<li>Supervise execution of plans, programs, and operations. Perform Technical and Operational feed backs and analysis.</li>
<li>Follow up, analyze, and validate data and reporting of well operations</li>
<li>Follow up mud and cement operations on site.</li>
<li>Analyse risks, anticipate potential issues, propose alternatives</li>
<li>Control service ‘providers’ performance for safety and efficiency.</li>
<li>Follow up and control costs of operations within budget and procedures.</li>
<li>Support DRW offshore team effort to have no FAT, no LTI, no blowout, no major spill.</li>
<li>Conduct & drive the development of QHSE performance plan for DRW.</li>
<li>Relay and promote Offshore DRW Safety campaigns and initiatives (Stop cards, Perfect days, awareness campaign)</li>
<li>F&C contractor services to embrace our safety culture (Our Life First program/Golden Rule).</li>
<li>Lead Co-site & safety meeting preparation.</li>
<li>Get involved in SIMOPS visit & follow up.</li>
<li>Mandatory safety training and medicals: HSE (CR EP FP 250) / EP Ethics & compliance @ 100%</li>
