A leading LPG bottling Plant is hiring for Scaffolding Supervisor<br>Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the scaffolding crew in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of complex scaffolding structures in a live LPG plant environment. Calculate load-bearing capacities, estimate material requirements, and read engineering blueprints/scaffold drawings to ensure structural integrity. Coordinate directly with the HSE team and obtain necessary PTW (Permit to Work) clearances before commencing any scaffolding activities. Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and ensure all scaffolders are using proper PPE and fall arrest systems.<br>Qualification:10+ years of overall scaffolding experience, with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role within Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects. Valid CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate (or internationally recognized equivalent). Proven RLIC (Ras Laffan) or Qatar Energy (QE) approved project experience. Valid PTW (Permit to Work) certification/training is highly preferred. We are seeking an experienced Rolling Stock Overhaul Supervisor to lead and supervise the overhaul and maintenance of rolling stock components including bogies, couplers, gangways, doors, HVAC systems, and other related equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the daily production plan, ensuring all overhaul activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved maintenance procedures, railway standards, and HSE requirements. The role will also drive productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team.<br>Qualifications & Experience Essential Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Railway Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance, overhaul, railway, metro, light rail, or a similar industrial environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
