Facilitates communication regarding patient case and status to clinicians. Obtains billing information and handles payments to provide patients with billing and payment information. Guides the patients to the other points of services (Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc.) when needed. Facilitates the patient’s upcoming visits and schedules the required appointments accordingly (follow-ups, referrals, other services) to ensure proper and accurate scheduling maintaining the patient’s best interest in-check and avoiding any potential prejudice within services’ scheduling.
