<ul><li><p>Lead and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording, classification, capitalization, and reconciliation of assets.</p></li><li><p>Oversee asset acquisitions, transfers, revaluation, retirement, and disposal in accordance with IFRS and organizational policies.</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly capital asset continuity schedules, depreciation reports, and fixed asset reconciliation statements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX), asset utilization, and financial reporting accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Supervise physical asset verification, asset tagging, inventory counts, and reconciliation of physical records with ERP data.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate reconciliation between General Ledger balances and inventory/SCM ERP records.</p></li><li><p>Manage inventory accounting controls, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate periodic stock verification.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement asset management policies, procedures, and internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Lead and supervise the Fixed Assets & Inventory team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>CA / CPA / CFA / MBA in Finance.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years of accounting experience.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Fixed Assets & Inventory management.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the hospital/healthcare sector.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the GCC.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience managing high-volume fixed assets and inventory using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of IFRS, asset capitalization, depreciation, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Must be available to mobilize within the specified timeline and meet Qatar residency/employment requirements.</p></li></ul><p><br></p>
