<ul><li>Perform repair tasks such as upkeeps and cleaning.</li><li>Apply basic fixes to equipment and perform any preventative maintenance when required.</li><li>Ensure that facilities are tidy and functional.</li><li>Stay within the guidelines of company policy and procedures and comply with all legal requirements within Qatar.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance.</li><li>Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.</li><li>Inspect, install and repair machines, equipment, or systems as necessary.</li><li>Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, replacing light bulbs etc.</li><li>Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.</li><li>Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, etc.</li><li>Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).</li><li>Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.</li><li>Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.</li><li>Perform any other task as assigned by the Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li><li>Experience using hand and power tools.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.</li><li>Very good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Physical stamina and dexterity.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (Manual Transmission) – Required.</li></ul>
