<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Functional Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Configure and support <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance</b> modules based on business requirements. </li><li>Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of <b>Finance and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</b> processes. </li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. </li><li>Configure procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and accounts payable. </li><li>Support financial processes including <b>General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting</b>. </li><li>Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. </li><li>Support UAT, system testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live activities. </li><li>Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process specifications. </li><li>Provide end-user training and production support. </li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Technical / Techno-Functional Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of the technical architecture of Dynamics 365. </li><li>Work with developers to design and implement customizations and enhancements. </li><li>Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications. </li><li>Analyze technical issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution. </li><li>Understand data entities, workflows, APIs, and integration mechanisms within Dynamics 365. </li><li>Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. </li><li>Support reporting and analytics requirements. </li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Mandatory Skills</b></p><ul><li><b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance &amp; Operations</b> </li><li><b>Finance module</b> </li><li><b>Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</b> </li><li>Strong techno-functional consulting experience </li><li>Business requirements gathering and functional specification </li><li>Configuration and customization </li><li>UAT and production support </li><li>Integration and data migration knowledge </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Bilingual Requirement</b></p><ul><li><b>Fluency in English is mandatory.</b> </li><li>Proficiency in <b>Arabic </b>is required. </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>Experience with <b>Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (D365 F&amp;O)</b></li><li>Knowledge of <b>Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI</b></li><li>Understanding of <b>X++ and/or SQL</b> is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
