<p>We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Technical Office, Building Construction and Fit-Out work activities, project coordination, quantity take-off, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, planning support, and coordination with site and consultant teams for building construction and fit-out projects.</p><p><br><strong>Experience for Technical Office, Building Construction and Fit-Out work IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE.</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents</p></li><li><p>Quantity take-off and estimation for civil and fit-out work</p></li><li><p>Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams</p></li><li><p>Monitoring project progress and supporting planning activities</p></li><li><p>Ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards</p></li><li><p>Assisting in project documentation, reports, variations, and as-built drawings</p></li><li><p>Technical coordination for villa construction and fit-out activities</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years of proven experience in building construction and technical office operations, including fit-out projects (especially luxury villa projects)</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation</p></li><li><p>Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and technical coordination</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera and related engineering software</p></li><li><p>Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage</p></li><li><p>UPDA/MMUP certification</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently</p></li></ul>
