<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Anabolic Mechanics is looking for a skilled and motivated 3D Modeling &amp; 3D Printer Operator to join our team. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys working hands-on with 3D design, prototyping, and additive manufacturing.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking an idea from a digital 3D model through preparation, printing, testing, and refinement of the final physical part.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Create and modify 3D models for prototyping and production</p><p>Prepare 3D models for printing, including slicing and print setup</p><p>Operate and monitor 3D printers</p><p>Perform printer calibration, setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance</p><p>Troubleshoot failed prints and improve print quality</p><p>Perform basic post-processing and finishing of printed components</p><p>Assist with rapid prototyping and product development</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience with 3D modeling / CAD software</p><p>Experience operating 3D printers</p><p>Understanding of slicing software</p><p>Good understanding of 3D printing materials and manufacturing processes</p><p>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and printing-related issues</p><p>Comfortable working with tools, machines, and physical prototypes</p><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple print jobs</p><p>Good communication and problem-solving skills</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, Rhino, or similar software</p><p>Experience with FDM/FFF 3D printing</p><p>Knowledge of product design, mechanical components, or engineering drawings</p><p>Experience with prototyping, assembly, or small-scale manufacturing</p><p>Portfolio or examples of previous 3D modeling and 3D printing work</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone who is creative, technically capable, and excited to work on real-world products from concept through physical prototype.</p>

<ul><li>Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues in real-time, providing immediate and effective solutions to maintain project timelines.</li><li>Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes and products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals to facilitate understanding and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering designs with production processes and other departments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices throughout the engineering process.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, construction, software development) is highly preferred.</li></ul>
