<p>The Fuels Superintendent/POL Distribution Manager manages all aspects of the site's Fuels program. Supervises personnel involved in the periodic maintenance, reconstitution, preservation, storage and deployment of all USAF Fuels Handling Equipment (FHE) and vehicle assets IAW applicable USAF mandatory requirements. <p>The Buyer handles cradle-to-grave acquisition of Program commodity and service requirements. Provides necessary support to the USCENTAF GPMS Program. Adheres to all aspects of company policies/procedures, prime contract requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR) and ISO requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). Principal Accountabilities Under the direction of the Procurement Manager/Site Manager and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), is responsible for the review and actioning of all assigned requests for locally purchased materials, goods, equipment and supplies; ensuring that adequate competition is obtained and purchase orders are correctly prepared and submitted; and that all progression to receipt of goods is carried out. Checks Purchase Requests (PRs) for full approvals and charge codes. Conducts pre-bid conferences, prepares and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) and assists in the preparation/issuance of Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors, reviews and evaluates offers and vendors, conducts negotiations, prepares memos and necessary determinations for file. <p>The Senior Munitions Inspector is the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program (MSP). Appointed as the focal point for managing all of the Department's MSP and inspector's qualification/certification program, as addressed in DAFMAN 21-201. Also performs surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. This may include measuring, observing, inspecting, testing, analyzing, classifying and recording inspection results of inspections in the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). <p>The Munitions Controller plans, schedules and monitors the maintenance of War Reserve Materiel (WRM) live, inert and dummy munitions, non-powered munitions support equipment, handling equipment, manning and facility inspection requirements. Executes and oversees command-and-control actions of ongoing explosive operations. Operates Munitions Information Systems (MIS) to include TICMS to determine status of explosives assets and facilities. Uses the information for planning, scheduling and command/control actions in the MC2 system. Maintain site Petty Cash fund in accordance with Program policies and procedures. Manages the timekeeping Deltek Costpoint (Time & Expense) for the Site. Provide Deltek Costpoint (Time & Expense) training for new hires. Prepares month end accruals reports. Prepares Operational Funds requests. Ensures that all transactions are assigned correct Charge Codes. Aduit Expense Reports for accuracy and obtain correct approvals for the payment and reimbursements. Prepares checks and wire transfers. Maintain Invoice Log and Invoice Log transfer. Prepares invoices and supporting documents for payment with the correct approvals. Maintains an auditable filing system for all documents. Provides Finance Reports as requested by the Site Manager and PSO Finance. Ensure accurate accounting in the payroll processes.
