Employees who resign, up to grade 9 and grade 10-12 where applicable.</p><br> <p>- Maintain an exit interview tracker and support Area Human Resources Manager in conducting a detailed exit analysis.</p><br> <p>- Support Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review process by regularly following up with the teams to meet deadlines, consolidating the information and carrying out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery of the same.</p><br> <p>- Support the Area Human Resources Manager by maintaining and updating the AOR for the team for the annual incentive and carry out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery of the same.</p><br> <p>- Arrange, compile and distribute induction for new management recruits into the Business, Monitor the flow of inductees programme communicating all changes to recruits and relevant internal departmental representatives.</p><br> <p>- Ensure allocation of workstation and necessary arrangements.</p><br> <p>- Maintain and collate the completed performance appraisal forms and summary sheets for respective divisions.</p><br> <p>- Maintain and collate scorecards and succession planning information for respective division.</p><br> <p>- Provide constant administrative support to the respective Area Human Resources Manager.</p><br> <p>- Maintain and Update the AOR for EPAFs.</p><br> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><br> <p>You will have:</p><br> <p>- Minimum 2 years coordination experience in a large commercial organisation within HR.</p><br> <p>- Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills.</p><br> <p>- Excellent communication skills.</p><br> <p>- Proficient computer skills, particularly with MS Office.</p><br> </div>

They must keep up to date with the latest nail products, techniques and trends. They may also promote various products by providing demonstrations.&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Nail Beauticians examine and evaluate the condition and appearance of nails to provide advice on proper nail care. They must be familiar with safety procedures and techniques for performing nail services.</p><br> <p>They use sterilization equipment and must know how to properly sterilize and sanitize their tools. Manicurists ensure safety procedures are followed while performing manicures or pedicures.</p><br> <p>Responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p><br> <p>- Carry out all tasks related to Nail treatments</p><br> <p>- Remove old nail polish, shape and smooth ends, clean in soapy water, soften cuticles with water and oil, push back cuticles and trim.</p><br> <p>- Decide on type of treatment based on condition of nails.</p><br> <p>- Whiten underside of nail with white paste or pencil, polish nail and apply customers chosen varnish.</p><br> <p>- Recommend/promote and carry out all other beauty services.</p><br> </div>
