<p>Assist Senior mechanics in diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, inspection, repair and implementing corrective actions on mobile and crawler cranes. Ensure proper collection and disposal of hazardous waste generated during maintenance activities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to motors, pumps, hydraulics, and other systems. Operate and maintain both simple and complex heavy industrial equipment. Maintain and manage personal tools, including an up-to-date documented personal tools list, service records or work orders and reports. Manage time effectively to complete assigned work orders within deadlines. Foster and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and clients. Participate in training programs as assigned by the Supervisor. Work flexibly across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on job demands. Follow safety and operational procedures of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) throughout the execution of assigned tasks. Comply with company and client regulations and policies.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or automotive technology.</li><li>2 5 years of experience in a mechanical or maintenance of heavy equipment or cranes.</li><li>Basic knowledge and experience of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.</li><li>Good physical condition and manual dexterity.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the role.</li></ul>

Secure loads using slings, chains, or ropes to prevent shifting or imbalance. Attach loads to rigging equipment and align, level, and anchor machinery after placement. Conduct risk assessments and follow strict safety protocols. Inspect rigging equipment before and after use. Ensure safety of team members and bystanders during operations Dismantle and store equipment properly after use. You always collaborate and maintain constant communication with the site manager, foreman, rigger, and other involved parties.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Highschool Diploma You are proficient in the English language, with solid skills in writing and reading. Age at least 25 years old You have broad expertise in the operation and application of equipment and lifting gear. You have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in Oil and Gas within GCC countries (with experience certificates)</p>

<p>As a crane operator, you perform various lifting operations using one of our assembly cranes. You will lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities. You will inspect the cranes daily and determine if any parts are malfunctioning. You are responsible for the correct and safe execution of the work. You always collaborate and maintain constant communication with the site manager, foreman, rigger, and other involved parties.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>A Qatar Driving License is mandatory (expired or valid).</li><li>You are proficient in the English language, with solid skills in writing and reading.</li><li>You have broad expertise in the operation and application of equipment and lifting gear.</li><li>You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in GCC countries (with experience certificates and GCC driving license)</li><li>Crawler &amp; Mobile Crane Experience is a must</li><li>Preferably experience on all terrain cranes above 100 tons with Liebherr/Grove / Demag or Tadano</li><li>Experience on crawler cranes preferred 200 tons with Hitachi Sumitomo/ Terex / Demag /Tadano</li></ul>
