<p>We are hiring experienced HVAC Chiller Technicians for a prestigious long-term QAFCO Government Project in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for HVAC professionals with industrial maintenance experience, especially in Oil &amp; Gas or hazardous environments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial HVAC chillers and air-conditioning systems.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.</li><li>Diagnose faults and replace defective HVAC components.</li><li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Troubleshoot 415V control circuits and PLC-integrated HVAC systems.</li><li>Carry out installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work procedures.</li><li>Attend emergency breakdowns and support on-call maintenance activities.</li><li>Prepare maintenance reports using MS Office.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Regular Full-Time Diploma in HVAC from a recognized institute.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial HVAC maintenance.</li><li>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas plants or hazardous industrial environments preferred.</li><li>Experience with large chillers, industrial HVAC controls, filtration systems, and PLC interfaces.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot 415V control circuits .</li><li>Good understanding of HSEQ practices and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Good English communication skills.</li><li>Must score 70% or above in the written HVAC test to qualify for the interview.</li><li>Previous QAFCO experience will be an added advantage.</li></ul>

<p>Requirements:</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in banquets or F&amp;B operations (with 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred).</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Excellent guest service and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of event setups, service styles, and banquet protocols.</li><li>Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software (PMS/F&amp;B systems) is a plus.</li><li>Physically fit u2013 able to stand long hours and assist with setup/tear-down when needed.</li></ul>
