Review and submit all personnel security investigations (PSI). Evaluate requests for establishment and maintain and track special information files. Conduct wing program reviews of personnel security managers on PSI processing, to ensure the proper management and accomplishment of their assigned duties for the personnel security program. During contingency operations, this role will perform duties as assigned by the contract program manager. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Two years of experience in managing wing-level information protection, security, personnel security, and industrial security programs. Maintain clear and timely communication between the Housekeeping Office, Housekeeping team, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to support seamless hotel operations. Monitor room status updates and ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released in a timely manner. Manage and maintain the Lost & Found process, ensuring all items are accurately logged, securely stored, and returned to guests in accordance with IHG policies. Prepare daily housekeeping reports, including room assignments, room status, productivity, and other operational records. Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations by delivering timely, personalized, and professional service.
