We are seeking an experienced and certified Diving Supervisor to lead and manage commercial diving operations for offshore and marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe planning, coordination, and execution of all diving activities, ensuring compliance with IMCA/ADCI standards and the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all commercial diving operations including underwater inspection, construction, maintenance, and repair activities
• Ensure the safety and health of the dive team at all times; enforce strict compliance with IMCA, ADCI, or equivalent commercial diving standards
• Conduct pre-dive planning, risk assessments, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and safety briefings for all diving operations
• Supervise and manage the dive team including divers, tenders, and life support personnel
• Ensure diving operations are carried out from a suitable and safe location in compliance with the permit-to-work system
• Coordinate with project managers, vessel masters, and client representatives for operational planning and execution
• Monitor dive profiles, decompression schedules, and gas management to ensure diver safety
• Maintain and inspect diving equipment including helmets, umbilical systems, compressors, and communication systems
• Complete all administrative aspects including daily job reports, dive logs, and incident reports
• Ensure each dive is properly logged and signed off
• Conduct emergency response drills and manage any diving-related incidents or emergencies
• Coach, assess, and mentor dive team members to maintain competence and skill development
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for diving operations
