الغرض الأساسي من الوظيفة<br><br>قيادة وتنظيم وضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال والمتوافق لميناء رأس لفان. المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأداء الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي والتنظيمي للميناء. ضمان التوافق مع المعايير البحرية الحكومية والوطنية والدولية مع الحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال والسلامة وسلامة الأصول والأداء المالي.<br><br>الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة<br><br>خبرة تراكمية لا تقل عن 15-20 عاماً في الموانئ أو العمليات البحرية (يفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز)، بما في ذلك ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إداري عليا في الميناء. يُفضل وجود خبرة مثبتة في قيادة عمليات الموانئ المعقدة أو البنية التحتية أو الوظائف اللوجستية. معرفة قوية بالاتفاقيات الدولية (MARPOL، SOLAS، ILO، إلخ)، ومعايير هيئات صناعة النفط والغاز وصناعة الشحن. قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وإدارة المخاطر واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل.<br><br>المؤهلات التعليمية<br><br>مؤهل بحري عليا معترف به دولياً - على سبيل المثال قبطان أعالي البحار من الدرجة الأولى أو شهادة جامعية، ويفضل أن تكون في النقل البحري أو الهندسة البحرية، مع تفضيل الحصول على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
