<p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer to work under the Programme Management Business Group, providing project management and construction supervision services. The Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day infrastructure, road, drainage, and underground utility activities on the project. The role will include reviewing design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, material submittents, RFIs, technical queries, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards, and authority requirements. The Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer will coordinate multidisciplinary reviews and site inspections covering roads, pavements, grading, drainage, and underground utility networks. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pavement Data Collection / Processing Engineer to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for processing, validating, and quality checking pavement condition data while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and technical excellence across pavement survey projects. <p>Ability to review and assess Contractor’s baseline master programmes and detailed submissions/revisions, including zoning, WBS structure, contractual compliance, BoQ analysis, scope compliance, sequencing, critical path analysis, cost loading and distribution, production rates, duration analysis, resource loading, activity coding, schedule log, etc. - Has a solid knowledge in scheduling options and techniques to address critical tasks, including longest path analysis, backdated updates, eliminating out-of-sequence activities, and rectifying scheduling defects. - Fully familiar with the construction requirements including engineering submissions, engaged authorities in infrastructure projects, pre-requisite works, teaming sequence and needs, required crews to complete any infrastructure task and their expected productivity, testing and commissioning as well as handing over requirements. - Demonstrate a sound knowledge in project control and verifying the Contractor’s updates utilizing project management tools; like performance measurement sheets, earned value reports, variance reports, etc. - Ability to perform productivity analysis, longest path analysis, multiple critical path analysis, identifying the root cause of delays, and other analyses might be requested. - Has a sound knowledge in evaluating Extension of Time techniques, recommendation report’s structure, delay analysis methods, preparing and tracking detailed chronologies and preparing recommendations in accordance with national/international standards. - Ability to perform concurrency analysis, identify Contractor’s concurrent delays, track records, perform window analysis, and prepare recommendations accordingly. Support Engineering Department to review, update and apply Company standards and amendments to external standards. Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements. Co-ordinate engineering designs, develop and review multi-disciplinary work- scopes for projects and other engineering activities. Ensure that the work-scope is comprehensive and clear. Develop offshore subsea facilities engineering scope of works and deliverables list for FEED and detail engineering stage. Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organisations for scope compliance. Liaise with contracted organisations to resolve technical issues. Develop, update and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities and effective project delivery. Conduct evaluation of technical bid packages for scope compliance. To review and comment on Package Vendor documents. Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines and practices. Act as the focal point for technical matters and take a lead role on behalf of Company on matters associated with subsea facilities. Work seamlessly with Company’s project team, to support the execution of subsea facilities, tie ins and systems integrations. Ensure the testing program, plans and procedures for all Subsea facilities deliver technical integrity assurance of all system interfaces prior to shipment for installation. Ensure interfaces between project Contractors and other stake holders are effectively managed. These include Operations & Maintenance department, Topsides and Drilling Contractors. Provide onshore and offshore technical support during onshore and offshore project construction, commissioning and startup activities. Provide coaching, mentoring and training to less experienced Subsea Engineers in the wider organisation.
