Supervise, train and motivate Materials Management department colleagues and thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities. Procurement Supervisor (Indirect Procurement) Location: Doha, Qatar About the Role We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor - Indirect Procurement to support procurement operations for a leading hospitality organization based in Doha, Qatar. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase order administration, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and services supporting hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel procurement and a strong understanding of indirect purchasing processes. Key Responsibilities Procurement Administration Manage procurement requests from departments and ensure timely processing. Prepare RFQs and obtain competitive quotations. Evaluate supplier proposals and prepare comparison reports. Generate purchase orders and monitor deliveries. Ensure procurement documentation is maintained accurately. Supplier Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for approved suppliers. Follow up on deliveries and service completion. Resolve supplier issues and delivery discrepancies. Monitor supplier performance and service quality. GCC experience is an advantage. Technical Skills Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement reporting.
