About the Role: We are seeking a competent and motivated Site Engineer (Civil Works) to oversee and manage civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site. About the Role We are looking for a Site Architect to work under the Programme Management Business Group, providing project management and construction supervision services. The Site Architect will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the day-to-day operational activities of the project. The role will include the review and processing of architectural submittals by contractors, including design documents, prequalification submissions, material proposals, shop drawings, method statements, construction drawings, RFIs and as-built documentation. The Site Architect will also undertake site inspections and continuous surveillance of assigned architectural and interior works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, quality requirements, construction schedules, and health and safety requirements. Non-conformances shall be documented, and the Site Architect may participate in identifying and implementing appropriate resolutions.Responsibilities Lead architectural coordination with other disciplines and support the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site. Develop, modify, review, correct and update architectural production drawings, construction documents and design information, as required.
