<li>Lead the construction contractor(s) on all mechanical aspects of the Static and Rotating Equipment installation works.</li>
<li>Supervise with EPIC contractor during execution of the Static (including internals) and Rotating Equipment installation, FAT, alignment Inspection, Punch Clearing, pressure testing, pre-commissioning and Re-instatement at site.</li>
<li>Manage and lead final mechanical completion inspections and punch closing.</li>
<li>Supervisor the Pre-Com activities to ensure safety and the quality of the completed work.</li>
<li>Lead the inspection activity with Vendor/Supplier at Site whenever required.</li>
<li>Participate in PSSR and provide support to Operations pre & start up activity where instructed.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site.</li>
<li>Carryout daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.</li>

<li>Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to Snr Supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.</li>
<li>Accountable for supervising contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing safety standards on the work site.</li>

This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.<br>In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – State Security to support technical assistance assignments related to security policy, institutional security cooperation, security-sector analysis, counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, border security, organised crime, and other security threats and challenges.<br>Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in security studies, international relations, political science, law, criminology, defence studies, or a related field. English: C1 level. Arabic is highly desirable.<br>Professional Experience At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in security policy, institutional security cooperation and/or security-sector analysis. Experience conducting security assessments, policy reviews, institutional diagnostics or strategic analyses. Experience in areas such as counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, border security, organised crime and other security threats and challenges. Experience supporting cooperation and policy dialogue between public authorities, international organisations and/or external partners. Good knowledge of relevant EU security policies and international cooperation frameworks.
