Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, and administrative documents. Create and publish company posts on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, lease administration, property administration, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point. Experience preparing Excel trackers, reports, and presentations. The role includes preparing customized client performance reports, supporting benchmark comparisons, conducting attribution and transaction cost analysis, and maintaining consistency with performance standards such as GIPS.
