<p>Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Project Director will have full responsibility for managing the construction supervision services for this world-class hospitality, entertainment, retail, residential, and mixed-use destination. The role is accountable for leading the multidisciplinary site supervision team throughout construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and the Defects Liability Period (DLP), while ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and the Client's objectives for safety, schedule, quality, and operational readiness. Job Summary and Purpose Ensure the safety, reliability and operational efficiency of the assigned LNG/LPG vessels under direct and third party managers as required.
