Assist in snagging, punch list preparation, and verification of defect rectification. Participate in testing, commissioning readiness, and final handover inspections. Escalate quality, safety, and interface concerns to senior engineers and project management.<br><br>About You<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Proven experience in architectural inspection, fit-out, or finishing works. Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects is preferred. Familiarity with QA/QC processes, WIR/MIR workflows, and inspection procedures. Knowledge of fire-rated systems, finishes, and building materials. UPDA certification preferred (Grade A is an advantage).
