Lead and manage all site construction activities from project commencement through successful completion. Develop and implement construction strategies, execution plans, and work sequences aligned with the approved project schedule. Oversee multidisciplinary site teams, including Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, General Foremen, Foremen, Supervisors, and field personnel. Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all works. Ensure construction activities comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, method statements, contract requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement effective recovery plans and corrective actions. Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and other construction resources. Chair daily, weekly, and monthly construction coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors. Review construction schedules, identify project risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues promptly to maintain project momentum. Evaluate subcontractor performance, productivity, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
