Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager – Health Programs to lead the end-to-end design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health programs. The role will work closely with government departments, healthcare organizations, international bodies, sponsors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure programs align with public health priorities and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end health programs from strategy and design through implementation and evaluation. Develop program strategies, plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Build and manage partnerships with healthcare organizations, government entities, private-sector partners, and international organizations. Manage stakeholders and coordinate leadership meetings, committees, events, and communications. Conduct research, identify opportunities, and develop new health programs aligned with strategic priorities. Monitor program performance using KPIs, metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Develop and deliver health-related training and knowledge-transfer initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making across health programs. Mandatory Skills12+ years of experience in Health Program / Healthcare / Public Health Program Management. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field. PMP / Project Management certification or equivalent project management experience. Strong experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Strong stakeholder and partnership management experience. Experience in healthcare/public health strategy and governance. Strong risk management, reporting, compliance, and business case development skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Excellent English communication; Arabic is preferred. Preferred Background Government / Ministry of Health / Public Health experience. Healthcare organizations, international health organizations, or health-sector programs.
