The role will oversee the complete commercial and contractual lifecycle of projects, including budgeting, cost estimating, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change management, claims, commercial risk management, payments, and final close-out.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will have extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of Qatar’s Public Works Authority (PWA) procedures, Qatar Government requirements, PWA Conditions of Contract, and QCS 2014.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Administer GEC and construction contracts in accordance with contractual requirements, PWA procedures, and applicable Qatar regulations.</li><li>Lead the procurement of construction and consultancy contracts through competitive open tendering processes.</li><li>Review and provide input on tender documentation, including ITT, Particular Conditions of Contract, Scope of Work, Authority Requirements, Form of Tender, Contract Particulars, Pricing Preambles, Bills of Quantities, insurances, nominated suppliers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Review preliminary and final project cost estimates and provide independent
