Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (ICT Network) to lead the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities combined with deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, telecommunications, data centers, cloud connectivity, and digital infrastructure solutions.<br><br>This role is responsible for managing large-scale ICT projects, coordinating multi-displianary technical teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution while meeting business, operational, security, and scheduling objectives.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Project Management Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT network infrastructure projects through initiation through closure including test and commissioning. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for senior management. Risk, Compliance & Governance Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee system testing, acceptance processes, and operational readiness activities. Establish quality assurance measures to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Vendor & Resource Management Manage third-party ICT vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers. Monitor vendor performance, contract deliverables, and project outcomes. <p><strong>Department</strong> MARINE</p><p><strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong> To carry out safe/efficient export of Crude oil from Halul Terminal and provide specialist Marine Support /advise to other QatarEnergy departments and Joint Ventures to achieve their short, medium and long-term business plans. To monitor and control the Marine activities within the QatarEnergy Offshore Fields near Halul and within Halul Harbour ensuring compliance to Offshore Marine Regulations and International Marine Regulations including, but not limited to, the Collision Regulations, MARPOL, ISM codes, ISGOTT and safe working practices.</p><p><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong> Previous recognized pilotage experience. Overview<br><br>Seeking a Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction supervision and structural engineering for large-scale, mission-critical developments, including data centers. The role will be responsible for overseeing structural works, ensuring compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and seamless coordination with civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines throughout project delivery.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Supervise structural construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Inspect reinforced concrete works including foundations, pile caps, slabs, columns, beams, and structural walls. Review and monitor structural steel fabrication, erection, welding, and bolting activities. Verify installation of equipment plinths, steel platforms, equipment supports, and housekeeping pads for critical data center infrastructure. Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems. Review and assess MEP penetrations through structural elements to ensure structural integrity and compliance with approved designs. Monitor builders' works associated with cable trays, pipe supports, equipment foundations, and service openings. Conduct site inspections, witness testing activities, and maintain QA/QC inspection records. Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests related to structural works. Identify construction defects, non-conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors. Ensure all structural works comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve technical and interface issues. Monitor contractor progress and report on structural work status, risks, and potential delays. Support testing, commissioning readiness reviews, snagging inspections, and project handover activities. Prepare inspection reports, site observation reports, NCRs, and technical recommendations for project management and clients.<br><br>About You<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. UPDA/MMUP Grade AData Center Experience [ at least 1 project is delivered in the last 5 years] is preferred.10+ years of experience. We welcome scholars with demonstrated experience in the production of professional journalism content across platforms and university-level journalism education, and with a robust record of journalistic production and/or research of their own. Preference is for candidates with a Ph. D. in a relevant field and with a research/publication record focusing on the Global South. Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.<br><br>Supporting Human Resource Activities <br><br> Supports the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Solicits employee feedback, utilizes an “open door” policy and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns. Brings issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and Human Resources. Assists as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members with the appropriate skills. Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job. Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner. Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary. Runs Front Desk shifts whenever necessary.
