Job Summary<br><br>The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members and team members. The role provides a visible and professional security presence throughout the hotel while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.<br><br>The Security Officer conducts regular patrols, monitors security systems, responds to incidents and emergencies, enforces established hotel security procedures, and provides appropriate assistance to guests and team members. Complete clear, factual, timely, and confidential incident reports for all significant security incidents. Receiving Officer<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Receive and inspect all incoming goods delivered to the hotel. Verify delivered items against Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and approved specifications. Check quantities, quality, condition, expiry dates, and specifications of received goods. Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time. Report shortages, damages, incorrect items, or quality discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
