Plans for potential project changes to evaluate any schedule and/or cost impact; responsible for incorporating the effects and impacts of approved changes on overall cost, schedule, and planning cycles. Monitors and appraises the performance of the EPC Contractor in the areas of cost control, progress measurement, and schedule control. Develops multiple cost/schedule-driven contracting scenarios to support effective Contracting Strategy workshops. Coordinates the planning and execution of project cost and schedule analysis, forecasting, and change management.<br><br>Qualifications, Knowledge And/or Experience, Technical And Business Skills<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or Commercial disciplines. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and project controls. Demonstrated experience in Brownfield Projects, including understanding vulnerabilities associated with cost and schedule drivers. High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
