Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Monitor, control, and supervise the geological activities to update geological models for Idd El-Shargi field. Undertake geological studies of the reservoirs to optimize field development plans. Analyze and evaluate subsurface data and establish most suitable geological models for utilization in reservoir simulation.<br><br>Interpret and review subsurface data; generate optimized drillable well locations and well proposals. The role carries a clear mandate to establish the unit from the ground up, covering its operating model, service catalogue, standards, delivery team and commercial positioning, and then to scale it into a recognized center of expertise for listed and prospective issuers. The holder acts as the exchange's senior authority on disclosure practice, shareholder communication, investor targeting and sustainability reporting, and works directly with the leadership of listed companies to lift the standard of engagement between Qatari issuers and the domestic and international investment community. Education and awareness sit at the center of the mandate, with the holder expected to build lasting capability across the market rather than deliver one off support. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, setting priorities, performance standards, and delivery expectations. Design and deliver market education programs, executive briefings, training, and practical guidance on investor relations, disclosure, governance, and sustainability reporting. Advise listed and prospective issuers on investor relations strategy, shareholder engagement, disclosure practices, sustainability reporting, and investor targeting. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, institutional investors, analysts, and key capital market stakeholders. Lead initiatives that enhance market quality, liquidity, research coverage, investor access, and the overall attractiveness of Qatar's capital market. Represent Qatar Stock Exchange at industry events, roadshows, and investor forums while collaborating with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure governance and regulatory compliance. Minimum 15 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, listed companies, investment banking, or a related capital markets environment. Proven experience building or leading teams and developing new functions or capabilities. Strong expertise in corporate disclosure, governance, investor relations, and capital markets regulations. Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level training, education, and stakeholder engagement programs. Established relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and senior corporate executives. Experience within a stock exchange, listed company, investment bank, or investor relations advisory firm is highly desirable.
