Monitor and verify EPC Contractor’s preservation activities and ensure it meet project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. Senior Consultant – Consumer Sector<br>Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with strong business and functional expertise in the Consumer Sector, preferably with experience in government entities, regulatory organizations, consumer protection, inspection, complaints management, and digital government services. <p>Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Project Director will have full responsibility for managing the construction supervision services for this world-class hospitality, entertainment, retail, residential, and mixed-use destination. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Additional Qualifications:</p><p>&nbsp; Provide preventive and corrective technical maintenance and solutions to all Low Current System and Control System components and equipment within the plants, buildings, ETS’s and PDN’s.</p><p>&nbsp; Check and maintain existing wiring installations for all Low Current System and Control System equipment.</p><p>&nbsp; Provide troubleshooting for the control panels, power sources and ensure wiring tightness.</p><p>&nbsp; Provide tuning for controls and equipment.</p><p>&nbsp; Test equipment and controls after maintenance has been done.</p><p>&nbsp; Test, calibrate, maintain and repair instruments and equipment to conform to established standards.</p><p>&nbsp; Responsible to keep abreast with knowledge and skills in case of instrument and equipment upgrade/replacement in order to maintain expected level of service</p><p>&nbsp; Install, repair and maintain equipment related to Low Current System and Control System, in order to maintain Qatar Cool’s standards.</p><p>&nbsp; May provide assistance to control engineer in design/drawings of modifications.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate</li></ul><p></p></section>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>* Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.<br><br>* Oversee the installation, maintenance and performance of water metering systems, ensuring metering accuracy and data reliability.<br><br>* Provide technical support on water metering, billing, and operational issues while coordinating timely resolution with internal teams.<br><br>* Monitor water consumption, service performance, and operational data, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.<br><br>* Coordinate with operations, metering and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.<br><br>* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health &amp; Safety regulations and company operational policies.<br><br>* Maintain accurate technical documentation, customer records and support customer engagement initiatives.<br><br></span><br><span>Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.<br><br>* Minimum 9 years' experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utility operations.<br><br>* Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, bulk water operations, and smart metering technologies.<br><br>* Proven skills in customer relationship management, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting.<br><br>* Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred.<br><br></span><br> </div>
