<span>The Electrical Engineer is responsible for executing, supervising, and supporting electrical maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities across Oil & Gas facilities. Location: Kenya, Rwanda, or South Africa. Our Group is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager with extensive experience in main contracting, construction, or EPC operations. This is an international assignment suitable for qualified Lebanese finance professionals currently based in Lebanon who are willing to relocate and develop their careers abroad. Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage the full finance and accounting function for the assigned country operations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and management reporting. Monitor project costs, profitability, margins, commitments, variations, claims, retention, and work in progress. Ensure accurate project revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS, particularly IFRS 15. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, supplier payments, payroll controls, banking facilities, letters of credit, performance bonds, and guarantees. Prepare monthly financial statements, project profitability reports, cash flow forecasts, and executive management reports. Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, approval authorities, and audit readiness. Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory authorities. Partner with project, commercial, procurement, and operations teams to improve project financial performance. Lead, develop, and supervise the country finance team.<br>Required Qualifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or an equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. At least 5 years of experience in a finance leadership or managerial capacity. Proven experience with a main contractor, EPC contractor, or major construction company is mandatory. Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract financial management. Sound understanding of IFRS, financial controls, audit requirements, and statutory compliance. Experience managing multi project operations and reporting to executive or group management. Strong ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Excellent written and spoken English. French is an advantage, particularly for Rwanda based operations. Previous international, African, or emerging market experience is strongly preferred. <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Drafting Technician/Designer to support the planning, design, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects. The role involves the preparation, coordination, and management of civil engineering drawings and design documentation for a wide range of airside and landside airport developments, including runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, utility corridors, drainage systems, grading works, and associated infrastructure. The Civil Drafting Support will work closely with civil engineers, airport planners, airfield specialists, utility engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams to produce high-quality engineering drawings and models throughout all project phases, from concept development to detailed design and construction support. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that drawings are accurate, coordinated, compliant with project standards, and aligned with applicable aviation regulations, engineering standards, and client requirements.The role requires proficiency in CAD and BIM platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage drawing production in a complex, multidisciplinary airport environment.
