<ul>
<li>The Commissioning Lead (ICSS) shall provide oversight and direction to the project's main contractor, sub-contractors and vendors, during the offshore hook-up and commissioning stages.</li>
<li>Effectively collaborates and interfaces with the project team, HUC team, facilities team, contractor and operations personnel.</li>

<li>Support PMT by reviewing critical documents and reports generated by the main subcontractor. Attend workshops/review meetings when requested.</li>
<li>Analyze technical proposals and proposed deviations, assess exceptions and new technologies to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Apply lessons learned from previous projects and share new ones with others.</li>
<li>Support the qualifications of new suppliers proposed for the project, suppliers that are not on the approved vendor's list.</li>
<li>Assesses Contractor's manpower loading, providing timely recommendations to project team and be available to backfill needs as required.</li>
<li>Support the project team to stay on schedule to meet all critical milestones (long lead item (LLI) procurement, engineered equipment procurement; required on site (ROS) dates, etc.); develops and stewards recovery plans to address any schedule delays.</li>
<li>Witnesses Contractors scope of work and sign off test and check sheets as per project requirements.</li>
<li>Verify that the Contractor's reports are accurate with regards to progress reporting.</li>
<li>Cooperate with review teams and take part in quality audit activities throughout the project.</li>
<li>Report findings accurately and provide a plan to address issues when required.</li>

<li>Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.</li>
<li>8 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in discipline Hook-Up and Commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases, familiar with completions walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.</li>
<li>Experience in an Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) role for large EPC contracts, with strong Integrated Control and Safety Systems commissioning/technical skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.</li>
<li>Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.</li>
<li>Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.</li>
<li>Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.</li>
