<li>Venture Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Support; Support the Business Division Manager in coordinating and preparing for Steering Committees (TechCom, ExCom), Project Leadership Team (PLT), and other key stakeholder meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of high-quality presentations and pre-read materials to support decision-making. Facilitate structured stakeholder engagement to ensure timely approvals and project alignment. Manage PLT documentation, including agendas, pre-reads, and meeting minutes.in a structured and timely manner.</li>
<li>Venture Governance Reporting & Communication; Lead coordination and standardization of governance reporting.
