The Network Administrator II leads a team in various maintenance evolutions, as well as advises Military and Civilian customers on Post/Camp/Station and enterprise level information technology (IT) solutions when appropriate. The individual defines technical and physical development of the network and assigns various tasks to keep the network running at optimum levels. This position requires advanced knowledge in LAN/WAN troubleshooting. Various management and administrative tasks are also the responsibility of Network Administrator II (NA II). Program: OMDAC-SWACA. The position reports directly to the NOC Chief Watch Officer. The NA II assists and supervises subordinate NA’s and NOC subordinate sites, oversees network security checks, troubleshooting network problems, outages, and anomalies as required. The individual will be responsible for reporting all pertinent information about any anomalies on the network and can advise which related work centers or sites should be involved. This position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus and tuition reimbursement program! You must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country to include but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a host nation visa and host nation driver’s license in order to be qualified for this position. Responsibilities + Individuals will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and operations of VoIP phones, switches, wired and wireless routers and encryption devices. + Monitor availability and reliability of LAN/WAN and Wireless Networks. + Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and HAIPE (Encryption devices). + Ensure outages and corrective actions are reported to the NOC service desk and NOC Watch Officer as well as provide updates and clarification as to concerns with the outages. + Resolve customer interface/user issues. + VLAN administrator + ACL configuration + Use Spectrum and other software application tools to manage and administer the network. + Plan network development and expansion as needed. + Knowledge of sub-netting, switching and Cisco IOS and training new NA I personnel. + Enforces network security procedures, to include DISA STIG compliance and best security practice. + (NOC) Provide advanced technical expertise to internal subordinate work sites, and site level NAs. + (NOC) Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups as required. + (NOC) Strong understanding of firewall, VoIP and ACL configurations. + (NOC) Use SolarWinds, Spectrum, GemOne, Chimera, and other software application tools to manage and administer the network. + (NOC) Provide oversight into designing, configuring and testing network development and expansion as needed. + Responsible for managing shift schedules, leave requests, and various other personnel administrative tasks. + Performs other duties and assignments as required. <p>Purpose and Scope: Perform drafting work compiling and organizing engineering and drafting data, designing structures and recommending design changes, and preparing specifications and estimates. Additional duties include surveying, GIS/GeoBase updates and maintenance. This position is in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and is located at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar. Essential Responsibilities: Create and print custom maps via Defense Area Printing Service (DAPS) or other Government-directed system upon the request of the Customer. Save the maps to the Government IDMS or other media as requested. Provide engineering surveys for facility projects, construction layout, utility location, and disaster response (e.g., topography, boundary, construction, and route). Conduct in-the-field land surveys to collect geospatial data portraying the installation s built and natural infrastructure to update utility, infrastructure, and facility MDSs. Create and maintain technical drawings, geospatial data, and maps. Perform surveys for airfield waivers, line-of-sight issues, topographic mapping, parcel boundaries, locations of existing construction and layouts of new facilities, to meet engineering requirements and related services (e.g., topographic surveys, static Global Positioning System (GPS), Real-Time Kinematic (RTK), control surveys, and boundary surveys) using Government-provided equipment utilizing survey and resource grade GPS, Range Finders, and Total Stations to perform surveys, and save the survey data within the GIS database. Update and maintain installation CIP, IDP, District Plans, Component plans and other MDSs and MDLs spatial data to accurately represent ground truth while also capturing installation spatial data requirements as directed by the Customer. Edit, maintain and add new GIS data within the Air Force System of Record (GEOMAP), utilizing the ESRI ArcGIS Pro software platform or AutoCAD software as directed by the Customer. Meet with installation subject matter experts for each MDS/MDL to verify accurate spatial and attribute data and provide timely updates when presented with discrepancies. Responsible for the asset lifecycle management portfolio encompassing the building's structure, envelope, and interior finishes. <strong>Purpose and Scope: <br><br></strong>Perform drafting work compiling and organizing engineering and drafting data, designing structures and recommending design changes, and preparing specifications and estimates. <p>The Junior Sous Chef Arabic Cuisine is responsible for overseeing the preparation, production, and presentation of authentic Arabic cuisine while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, food safety, and guest satisfaction. The role supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing the Arabic kitchen section, maintaining food cost targets, supervising kitchen associates, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local food safety regulations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Kitchen Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Take ownership of the Arabic cuisine section, ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.</li><li>Prepare and present authentic Arabic dishes in accordance with approved recipes, presentation standards, and portion specifications.</li><li>Ensure all food produced meets company standards for quality, consistency, taste, temperature, and visual presentation.</li><li>Coordinate daily food preparation based on business levels, forecasts, occupancy, and function requirements.</li><li>Prepare daily mise en place to ensure timely and efficient service during all meal periods.</li><li>Maintain full knowledge of Arabic cuisine, including traditional and contemporary cooking methods, regional specialties, spices, ingredients, and presentation styles.</li><li>Assist in developing seasonal menus, buffet offerings, and special promotions featuring Arabic cuisine.</li><li>Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines.</li><li>Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service, taking immediate corrective action when required.</li><li>Support banquet, buffet, la carte, and special event operations as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Food Safety & Hygiene</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure strict compliance with HACCP principles, food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and local health regulations.</li><li>Monitor food storage, labeling, stock rotation (FIFO), and temperature control to maintain product quality and safety.</li><li>Conduct daily checks of all kitchen stations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and ensure compliance by all team members.</li><li>Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory & Cost Control</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in monitoring food costs, minimizing waste, and maximizing productivity.</li><li>Participate in receiving, inspecting, and storing food deliveries according to company procedures.</li><li>Prepare daily production sheets and assist with inventory counts.</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of ingredients to reduce food waste while maintaining quality the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Food & Beverage team regarding operational requirements and service updates.</li><li>Perform any additional duties assigned by management in support of business respectful and deliver a great experience.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Junior Sous Chef Arabic Cuisine specializing in Arabic Cuisine within a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant. Demonstrated experience preparing authentic Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grills, traditional rice dishes, soups, breads, and desserts. HACCP, Food Safety, or Food Hygiene certification preferred. Knowledge of international hotel standards and quality systems is an advantage. Levant Cuisine expertise required.</p>
