<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Coordinate Well Intervention warehouse activities, prioritize activities according to drilling sequence and other parameters. Conduct QA/QC acceptance checks on all new equipment being received into warehouse. Responsible for make-up and testing of completion sub-assemblies. Keep on top of sub assembly requirements and ensure that sufficient stock is kept. Issue CWO's and SO's as required. Monitor and witness (spot checks) sub assembly make-up and test at Vendors to verify correct make-up and test procedures are followed. Check all assembly sheets for correct data, i.e. Dimensions, Threads. Storage Preparation. Check all dimensions specs against manufacturers description and that products are as ordered and fully functional. Check SCSSSV, HCM's, Ball Valves, etc. are functional and pressure tight. Ensure SAP workflows are done for the associated equipment movements Visit contractors as required for pre-load out inspections. Prepare/inspect equipment for load out. Track all Well Intervention major equipment such that exact location is known at all times. Inspect equipment returned to warehouse and arrange for repair and/or replacement. Identify missing equipment and chase up offshore locations for returns. Maintain and improve "Action List Well Intervention-Offshore' allocating job priorities in accordance with urgency. Ensure list is updated as jobs are executed and that proper handovers are created by the Offshore Well Intervention Supervisor if jobs are still ongoing. Ensure that all service equipment is maintained/serviced and within calibration and/or certification. <strong>Primary Purpose of Job:</strong>
<p>Carry out highly skilled maintenance, repair and overhaul of Rotary equipment and Minor/routine maintenance of static equipment installed at Refinery process units i.e., Refinery 1 & 2, RFCC, Condensate Refinery, Utilities/Off sites, Tank Farm, Berth#6, BSV3 and Station C1 & C2 at the New Gasoline and Jet Storage Facilities in MIC.</p><br>
<strong>Principle / Key Responsibilities:</strong>

Carry out highly skilled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Rotary equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Steam/Gas turbines, Air fans, Mixers, Turbo Machinery etc. and minor/routine maintenance of static equipment.

Receives verbal/written instructions from Sr. Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer, obtains permit through RIS, identify, and organizes tools, tackles & spares from store and completes the maintenance work as assigned with minimum supervision.
</li>
<li>
Carries out Preventive/Corrective maintenance of all types of Rotary equipment, which includes assembly/disassembly, bearings & seal renewal, alignment correction, etc. then record all activities in the PM checklist.
</li>
<li>
To perform the lubrication of the rotary equipment including checking / filling lube oil/grease in bearing housings, oil consoles, crank cases etc. Replacement and cleaning of lube oil systems, filters, lube oil sight glasses, hydraulic oil filters, maintain auto greasing and drip-feeding systems etc. Recommend/request asset integrity team to perform oil analysis, if required.

Coordinates closely with other maintenance disciplines and other departments to complete the assigned jobs.

Performs major equipment overhauls and participates in shutdown works. Carries out correct measurements of clearances/tolerances using a wide range of measuring instruments such as micrometer, Vernier caliper, depth gauge, feeler gauge etc.

Maintains equipment history and ensures correct management of work orders.

<li>
Fully comply with Refinery HSE Procedures.<br><br><strong>Qualifications & Experience:<br></strong><br>

Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment
Ensure compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, Consent to Operate, plant policies and procedures, Daily Operating Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), MOC Process, and Quality Management System to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Lead safety activities of the shift to ensure regulatory, health, safety, security, environmental, and quality compliance.
Issue work permits for high-risk jobs.
Carry out plant walk-down and audits to ensure work is being performed safely and that the plant safety systems are enabled. Coordinate efforts to correct discrepancies.
Conduct necessary activities and lead efforts to eliminate Process Safety and Personal Safety Events.
Conduct daily Toolbox meetings and Monthly Safety Communication Meetings in order to discuss HSE issues with the team.
Ensure changes are managed through the MOC Process, facilitating the implementation as required.
