Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical<br>Looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical with extensive experience in MEP contracting and be capable of independently managing the complete tendering and estimation process for large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects. Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation. The role will be responsible for overseeing structural works, ensuring compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and seamless coordination with civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines throughout project delivery.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Supervise structural construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Inspect reinforced concrete works including foundations, pile caps, slabs, columns, beams, and structural walls. Review and monitor structural steel fabrication, erection, welding, and bolting activities. Verify installation of equipment plinths, steel platforms, equipment supports, and housekeeping pads for critical data center infrastructure. Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems. Review and assess MEP penetrations through structural elements to ensure structural integrity and compliance with approved designs. Monitor builders' works associated with cable trays, pipe supports, equipment foundations, and service openings. Conduct site inspections, witness testing activities, and maintain QA/QC inspection records. Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests related to structural works. Identify construction defects, non-conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors. Ensure all structural works comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve technical and interface issues. Monitor contractor progress and report on structural work status, risks, and potential delays. Support testing, commissioning readiness reviews, snagging inspections, and project handover activities. Prepare inspection reports, site observation reports, NCRs, and technical recommendations for project management and clients.<br><br>About You<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. UPDA/MMUP Grade AData Center Experience [ at least 1 project is delivered in the last 5 years] is preferred.10+ years of experience. Description<br><br>We are seeking a QHSE Engineer to join our LAC Qatar Service department at Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC. The successful candidate will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our projects.<br><br>The QHSE Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans and requirements. They will conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and deliver HSE inductions and safety programs. Additionally, they will investigate incidents and coordinate with relevant parties to maintain a safe work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Implement and oversee the Project HSE Plan and client HSE requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, project management, and subcontractors on HSE matters. Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities.
