We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer – Fit-Out Residential villas, to oversee site execution, coordinate installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.<br>Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works, including gypsum, flooring, wall finishes, glass, stone, ceilings. Oversee the installation of joinery works, including kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, vanities, custom furniture, and other bespoke woodwork. Supervise aluminum and glazing works, including doors, windows, sliding systems, curtain walls, pergolas, and entrance doors. Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation. Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and installation crews.
