The role oversees the delivery team, sets priorities, and works closely with academic leadership, faculty, HEC Paris Main Campus, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Degree Programs in line with HEC Paris standards.</p><br><p><strong>Program Delivery and Operational Excellence </strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of all Degree Programs, overseeing program planning, scheduling, logistics, faculty coordination, learning resources, and participant services, while ensuring alignment with academic standards, institutional policies, operational objectives, and participant expectations.</li><li>Define and lead the program delivery model, operating processes, and service standards for Degree Programs, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.</li><li>Own the participant experience across the full program lifecycle, ensuring high service standards and effective communication.</li><li>Monitor delivery performance, identify operational risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions where required.</li><li>Lead the optimization of data management, reporting tools, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.</li><li>Work closely with academic leadership, faculty, and HEC Paris Main Campus to uphold academic quality, ensure compliance, and maintain the consistent application of academic policies and standards across all Degree Programs.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness of academic records, grades, credits, certifications, and official documentation.</li><li>Own budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation for Degree Programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration </strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead collaboration with B2C, Admissions, Finance, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective and coordinated program delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with academic leadership, faculty, participants, advisors, and HEC Paris Main Campus.</li><li>Represent the Degree Programs Delivery function in institutional projects, working groups, and management discussions.</li><li>Act as the primary point of coordination between operational and academic stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Degree Programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead, develop, and support the Degree Programs Delivery team, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented, and high-performing culture.</li><li>Set objectives and priorities, allocate resources, and ensure effective workload management across the team.</li><li>Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance management, and development planning.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and knowledge sharing within the team.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p><br><ul><li>Master’s degree in business administration, management, education, or related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may also be considered.</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in project management, learning and development, or corporate events.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.</li><li>Experience in higher education, executive education, or an international academic environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in GCC markets is an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and competencies</strong></p><br><ul><li>Excellent written and spoken English.
