The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer account lifecycle operations, including account opening, maintenance, amendments, closures, customer information management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Banking Operations, Core Banking Systems, KYC/AML compliance, account maintenance, and operational risk management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing banking operations teams. Experience supporting core banking transformation initiatives and process optimization will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities1. Account Maintenance Operations Lead and manage the Account Maintenance Unit (AMU) ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
