Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide end-to-end functional and technical support for the bank's omni-channel banking applications, including Branch Banking, Mobile Banking, Retail Internet Banking, and Corporate Internet Banking platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for application monitoring, incident management, log analysis, deployment support, production issue resolution, release validation, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence of critical banking applications.
