<p>We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and organized General Accountant to support the financial operations of Our Habitas Ras Abrouq , ensuring accurate accounting records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Reporting to the Finance Manager or Director of Finance, the General Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. The General Accountant will work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Procurement, and other resort departments to ensure accurate financial transactions and effective financial controls. Answer guest calls using professional and courteous telephone etiquette. Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen through the POS system. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of food orders at the correct temperature. Coordinate and deliver guest amenities promptly and accurately. Manage VIP arrivals and special amenity requests in coordination with the team. Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering) to fulfill guest requests. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, restaurant operating hours, and hotel services. Personalize guest interactions by using guest names and recognizing VIP/regular guest preferences and allergies. Follow Four Seasons standards, policies, and telephone etiquette at all times. Foster teamwork and maintain strong collaboration with colleagues, particularly the kitchen team. <br><br>Preferred Qualifications And Skills<br><br>The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset and preferred.
